本発明は自動車用ウオーターホース等にみられ
るような、一本のゴムホースが部分的に管径を異
にしており、又、曲管でもある異径曲りゴムホー

形状が複雑になるし、大型化し実施が容易でな
い。又、金型を用いた成形品に共通した欠点であ
る成形品表面に生ずるバリの問題も、バリ取りの
後加工に労力を要し商品価値を高める上で解決し

分にその形状に合せた加硫ゴム等の可撓性材料か
らなる管状ゴムキヤツプを未加硫ゴムホースの外

においては、加硫ゴム弾性体4が良く、直線部分
では第4図イに示したように、加硫ゴム弾性体4
の外周にアルミニウム等の金属パイプ剛性体5を
