According to such conventional methods, a mold made exclusively for molding a flat plate of a certain type of cabinet is naturally used only for molding a flat plate of a cabinet of that type, and is not used for other molds. It has not been used to form cabinet plates of the type. That is, in order to mold a flat plate for another type of cabinet, a new mold exclusively for that type was created.

Therefore, it is completely uneconomical to create a special mold for molding a flat plate of a different type of cabinet every time a different type of cabinet is manufactured, as in the conventional method of manufacturing a cabinet as described above. It can be said.

The mold used in the present invention is a flat plate mold that can be used regardless of the type of cabinet to be manufactured. That is, the mold used in the present invention has an adapter made of a rod of a predetermined shape so as to obtain a flat plate of the cabinet to be manufactured in a predetermined position of the above-mentioned flat plate mold, specifically, in the groove 2a of the lower mold 2. It is arranged and made.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a cabinet according to the present invention, even when manufacturing a different type of cabinet, there is no need to create a new dedicated mold, and it is possible to simply change the placement position of the adapter. It is something. Therefore, it is possible to significantly save time and labor for making a mold, and also economically.

Moreover, in the present invention, the bonding mode between the flat plates can be changed simply by changing the shape of the adapter, so when the present invention is applied to, for example, manufacturing a speaker cabinet, the sound quality can be improved by changing the bonding mode. Control can be made easier.

In the above embodiment, a case is shown in which a cabinet with four flat plates is manufactured.
It is not limited to this. Further, although the above-mentioned embodiments show the case where the cabinet is manufactured from synthetic resin, it goes without saying that the present invention can be similarly applied to the case where the cabinet is manufactured from particle board or the like.
