DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a shutter device for a rooftop ventilation fan that works in conjunction with a wind direction plate, in which a main shutter always closes a certain area of the ventilation opening in the windward direction by the operation of the wind direction plate.
The system is characterized in that, in the event of strong winds, the sub-shutters slidably provided on both sides of the main shutter are expanded using wind power, thereby enlarging the blockage area of the ventilation opening and preventing wind and rain from entering the house.

Conventionally, the wind direction board installed on the canopy of a rooftop ventilation fan always rotates to point upwind, and a shutter that works with the wind direction board blocks the windward ventilation opening, causing the wind to flow back indoors. A device has been devised to prevent this from happening, but since the area of the shutter's ventilation openings that are blocked is constant, wind and rain often enter through the ventilation openings outside the closed area of the shutter during strong winds.

The present invention eliminates such drawbacks, and an embodiment thereof will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.A rail 4 having a U-shaped cross section is opened on the upper outer periphery of a ventilation tube 3 in which a fan motor 1 is fixed inside with a hanging fitting. A rail 7 with a U-shaped cross section is installed on the lower periphery of the canopy 6, in which the shaft rod 11 of the wind direction plate 5 at the center of the zenith is rotatably installed, with the opening facing inward. A ventilation opening 8 is formed by arranging the ventilation pipe 3 and the canopy 6 so as to face each other and keeping a space between them. A trochanter 10 is rotatably mounted on the inner arcuate edge of a base paper-shaped main shutter 9 having a width slightly shorter than the length between the opposing rails 4 and 7, and the main shutter 9
is rotatably fitted loosely around the ventilation pipe 3 across the rails 4 and 7, and the lower part of the shaft rod 11 with the wind direction plate 5 fixed to the upper part is bent into a square shape, and the lower end is attached to the center of the main shutter 9. When the wind direction plate 5 is fixed and the wind direction changes and the wind direction plate 5 rotates toward the windward side, the main shutter 9 connected to the wind direction plate 5 through the shaft rod 11 opens the windward direction ventilation opening 8 to the minimum required area. The size of the main shutter 9 is designed so as to close the main shutter 9. The flap 1 is formed by bending the outer right edge of the sub-shutter 12 in the shape of a base paper by reducing the width of the main shutter 9 in the arc direction.
2', rotors 10 are rotatably mounted on the inner arc edge and the outer arc edge, respectively, and the sub shutters 12 are stacked on the upper surfaces of both sides of the main shutter 9, and further the main shutter 9 and the secondary shutters 12, 12.
3,13 is loaded and the secondary shutter is 1 at normal wind speed.
2 and 12 are pulled up on both sides of the main shutter 9 and placed on top of each other, and when a strong wind presses the flap 12', the sub shutter 12 is pulled up against the tensile force of the tension spring 13.
These are pushed outward to widen the closed area of the shutter. The canopy 6 is connected to the ventilation pipe 3 by a main shutter 9 and sub-shutters 12, 12, which are fitted between the rails 4 and 7. It is desirable that the unobstructed portion of the ventilation port 8 be opened as wide as possible.

Since the present invention is constructed in this way, when the wind speed is normal, the secondary shutters 12, 12 are
Since the main shutters 9 are pulled up to the upper sides of both sides by the tensile force of the main shutters 9 and overlapped with each other, the ventilation openings 8 are closed by the closed area of the main shutters 9 for ventilation. When the wind direction changes, the wind direction plate 5 immediately changes its direction to the position pointing upwind, so the main shutter 9, which is integrally fixed to the wind direction plate 5 and the shaft rod 11, is guided by the rails 4 and 7 and blocked. By changing the position, the ventilation opening 8 in the windward direction is always closed by the necessary minimum obstructed area, and the maximum amount of ventilation is performed while preventing outside air from flowing back indoors. When the wind is strong, the strong wind blows against the flap 12' of the sub-shutter 12, exerting a pressing force that exceeds the tensile force of the tension spring 13, and pulls the sub-shutters 12, 12 outward from both sides of the main shutter 9, respectively.
The closed area of the entire shutter is widened by the area occupied by 12, thereby reliably preventing strong winds from flowing back indoors, and also reliably preventing wind and rain from entering indoors.
