第2ポリマー導入孔9の底部に異形状のポリマー
吐出孔1′を穿設し、口金板6の裏面の異形状の
突出部9aの表面を第5図dに示す如く仕上げ研
摩して成るものであるが、前記の異形状の突出部
9aは、中央部が高く体積が大きく、外周部に向
つて次第に低く体積が小さい形状となつている
為、この突出部9aの表面を第5図dに示す如く
突出部9aの先端におけるポリマー吐出孔1′の
開口周囲の肉厚が中心寄りで厚く、外周部に向つ
て次第に薄く、つまり中心寄りの面積が大きく外
周部に向つて次第に面積が小さくなつて、ポリマ
ー吐出孔1′から吐出される原液が濡れ拡がり易
いものである。

であるが、第2パンチ工具8と第1ポリマー導入
孔7及び基台11の凹部10の位置合せが極めて
困難で、数万〜数10万個の紡糸孔を穿設する場
合、その位置精度が問題となり、その上第2パン
チ工具8による加工時の負荷が高い為に欠損する
ことがある。

形の第2パンチ工具8にて第2ポリマー導入孔
9″を穿設すると同時に口金板6の裏面に異形状
の突出部9″aを設け、然る後第2ポリマー導入
孔9″の底部に異形状のポリマー吐出孔を穿設し、
口金板6の裏面に於ける異形状の突出部9″aの
表面を第8図dに示す如く仕上げ研摩して突出部
9″aの先端のポリマー吐出孔1″の開口周囲の肉
厚を第8図eに示す如く中心寄りで薄く、外周部
に向つて次第に厚く、つまり突出部9″aの先端
面の面積をポリマー吐出孔1″の中心寄りで小さ
く、外周部に向つて次第に大きくするものであ
る。

げ研摩して、突出部先端のポリマー吐出孔周囲の
肉厚を中心寄りで薄く、外周部に向つて次第に厚
くすることを特徴とする異形糸紡糸用口金の製造
方法。
