Conventionally, in order to remove dust from an article, the surface of the article must be manually wiped, or, as shown in FIG.
After opening and closing the outlet door 33, the article A is artificially put in, and the blower 34 blows the recovered and purified air through the exhaust port 35 and the filter 36 onto the article A from the nozzle 37 to remove dust. A dust removal and cleaning device was used that was configured to eject the article A at the same time. However, all of these methods have disadvantages in that they rely on manual labor, resulting in poor processing efficiency, large variations in cleaning effectiveness, and the roughness of the dust removal cleaning process, making it impossible to perform a high degree of dust removal cleaning.

The characteristic configuration of the dust removal cleaning apparatus according to the present invention is that a driven conveyor is provided in the dust removal chamber to transfer the article to be processed from an entrance on one end side to an exit on the other end side, and a partition wall partitions the dust removal chamber in the transfer direction of the conveyor. A static elimination bar for removing static electricity from the objects to be processed and a rotationally driven brush for removing dust from the objects to be processed are installed in a part of the dust removal chamber section on the entrance side, and the remaining part is equipped with a static electricity removal bar similar to that described above. A bar and a gas circulation air supply device for spraying clean gas for dust removal onto the articles to be processed are provided respectively, and the air supply devices are arranged such that the internal pressure of the dust removal chamber section becomes higher toward the downstream side of the conveyor. The reason is that the pressure is higher than atmospheric pressure.

The effects of the characteristic configuration of the present invention are as follows. In other words, the article to be processed can be transferred from the inlet to the outlet by a driven conveyor, and
By raising the internal pressure of the dust removal chamber higher than atmospheric pressure using an air supply device and eliminating the need to open and close the inlet and outlet to prevent air from entering the dust removal chamber, the dust removal cleaning process can be performed continuously and manually. This has made it possible to eliminate or almost eliminate the need for dust removal and cleaning of large quantities of articles, making it possible to perform dust removal and cleaning extremely efficiently and uniformly.

Furthermore, the article is first strongly cleaned with a driven rotating brush in a state where static electricity has been removed, and then minutely cleaned with clean gas spraying in a state where static electricity has been removed.Furthermore, both of these cleaning processes are In addition, the internal pressure of the dust removal chamber section is made higher toward the downstream side of the conveyor using an air supply device, so that the removed dust flows into the other dust removal chamber section. By making it possible to eliminate the inconvenient phenomenon of adhering to the object again, it is possible to reliably remove all dust, including dust strongly adhering to the object and fine dust, resulting in an extremely high level of dust removal as a whole. Cleaning can now be done reliably and efficiently.
