≪発明が解決しようとする課題≫ しかしながら、ハムの種類、製法によつては、

でそのまま真空密封シールを施すと、ハム寸法に
対しての余分に成形されたフイルムが密着的に皺
となつて、ハムの外周に残つてしまい外観を損な
うことになる。

≪課題を解決するための手段≫ 上記した目的を達成するため、本発明にかかる

縁を挟持して間歇的に移送する間に、該下側フイ
ルムの所定位置に被包装品収納凹部を形成し、該
凹部に被包装品を収納し上側より連続した上側フ
イルムを被覆せしめた後、真空、密封シールする
深絞り型真空包装方法において、前記被包装品収
納凹部の底面を彎曲面となるごとく形成し、かつ
真空、密封シールの前工程において、前記被包装
品収納凹部に被包装品を収納した状態で該凹部の
胴部のみを加熱収縮せしめて被包装品に密着せし
め、しかる後真空密封シールするようにした。

を形成するためのフイルム成型装置、6は真空、
密封シールを施すための真空シール装置、7は横
カツター装置、8は縦カツター装置、9は被包装
品例えばハムの如き物である。10は、加熱収縮
装置であつて前記成型されたフイルム凹部5′を
各々包囲してその凹部5′の外周側を加熱し、凹
部5′の底面を冷却するように構成された加熱収
縮装置であつて、11は前記加熱収縮装置におけ
るヒータ、12は冷却板、13は加熱体である。

却板12が配してある。すると、凹部5′の胴部
のみが熱収縮してハム等9の側周囲に密着する
が、このとき凹部5′の底面部において彎曲状に
余裕を持たせたフイルム部分が収縮されず(底面
は加熱していない)、凹部5′の胴部の収縮にとも
ない引つ張られて皺など発生することなく適度の
緊張状態でハム等9の底面に密着することにな
る。

≪発明の効果≫ 以上のように、本発明によれば、フイルム成形
装置において容器凹部の底面を彎曲状に成型して
おき、被包装品を収縮した状態で凹部の胴部のみ
を加熱して収縮せしめるようにしたので、前記フ
イルム凹部の胴部のみが、収縮により被包装品の
側周囲に密着するとき、彎曲状に形成して余裕を
持たせたフイルムの底面部分が胴部部分の収縮に
よつて引つ張られてハムの底面に適度の緊張状態
で密着せしめられる。その結果、故意に被包装品
を圧迫してその形態を変形せしめたりすることな
く、かつ、皺のない適度の緊張性を持つた美しい
真空包装体が得られる。

空密封シールすることを特徴とする真空包装方
法。
