案内となるようにしたことを特徴とするものであ

中心として180゜回動する時の一方の軸受、21は
前記軸受20に一端を螺子嵌合し、他端をナツト
22にて前記ハウジング覆い18に保持された案
内棒、23は前記軸受20を前記ハウジング覆い
に保持する螺子を示す。従来の電気ルータと異な
るところは、回転刃物を上下に切換える為に、ハ
ウジング3を180゜回動する時、ロツクレバー7を
緩め、該ハウジングの重心G10が図中点線矢印
10′方向へ回転しようとした時、前記ハウジン
グ3とフレーム6との接触部12、前記ハウジン
グ3とボルト8との接触部11に加えて前記ハウ
ジング3と軸受20との接触部27が新たに生
じ、前記ハウジング3の重心G10の回転力を各
接触部に生じる力FA13,FB14,FC24にて
分担し、かつ前記力FC24を弾性を有する前記
ハウジング覆い18にて受けることである。すな
わち前記接触部11,12,27によつて前記ハ
ウジング3の重心G10の回転力を分担できるの
で、それぞれの力FA13,FB14,FC24は従
来の電気ルータの接触部に生じる力よりも軽減で
き、各接触部の摩耗及び局部破壊を防止できる。
一方前記ハウジング3と前記フレーム6間に生じ
る隙間δA15、前記ハウジング3と前記ボルト8
間に生じる隙間δB16も微少となり、前記ハウジ
ング3の回動時にガタを生じることもなく円滑な
回動が可能となる。更に前記ハウジング覆い18
は一端を前記フレーム6に螺子9にて保持され、
他端を前記軸受20に螺子23にて保持されてい
るため、両端支持構造となり、剛性大なる材料を
使用せずとも構造的に十分剛性を有することがで
き、電気ルータの重量軽減が可能となる。一方前
記軸受20には前記ハウジング3の回動時に図中
矢印25方向に安定した動作が必要な刃物覆い1
9の案内ができる案内棒21が螺子嵌合にて容易
に設置でき、前記刃物覆い19の安定した動作を
前記軸受20が行なわせることができる。なお、
他方の軸受28を形成するフレーム6側からでも
案内棒21を結合設置することにより同様の作用
を行なわせしめることが可能となり、前記ハウジ
ング3の軸受と前記刃物覆い19の動作安定とい
う複合機能を前記軸受20,28は有することに
なり、軸受周辺の構造簡素化が可能となる。
