Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、橋梁の継手部分を防錆する方法に関
わる。橋梁は、工事完成後に塗装を施されるのが
普通であるが、風雨や日光に晒されるため、防錆
効果はそれ程上がつていない。このため、錆発生
の特に甚しい継手部分に対しては、定期検査を行
なつている。この検査では、継手のボルトを外し
て内部の錆発生状況を調べ、ボルト孔から流出す
る錆液がひどい場合には継手やボルトを交換す
る。橋梁の塗装は、継手や橋梁母材の内面までは
行なわれていないから、長時間橋梁が風雨に晒さ
れると錆が発生するのは避けられない。この対策
として一部では、各継手や母材の内面にジクリツ
チペイントを塗布しているが、それでもボルトと
孔の間隙や継手の接合部から雨水は浸入する。一
方継手やボルト孔の内面はある程度錆の生じた方
が都合がよいという事情もある。錆によつて摩擦
が大きくなり、ボルトの緩み止めになるからであ
る。従つて、継手内にある程度の錆を発生させな
がら、外部からの雨水浸入を防止し、錆の発生を
一定限に抑えるのが望ましいと云える。

Bridge painting does not extend to the joints or the inner surfaces of the bridge base material, so if a bridge is exposed to the wind and rain for a long period of time, rust will inevitably form. As a countermeasure to this problem, some companies apply zikritchi paint to the inner surfaces of each joint and base material, but rainwater still infiltrates through the gaps between bolts and holes and the joints of joints. On the other hand, there are also circumstances in which it is better for the inner surfaces of joints and bolt holes to have some degree of rust. This is because rust increases friction and prevents bolts from loosening. 梁の母材1,1は突き合わせた後、両側から継手
2,2によつて挾着され、多数のボルト3,3…
により強固に圧接固着される。第2図はこの断面
図を示したもので、継手2、ボルト3、そして母
材1の一部分は、可剥性部材4によつて被覆さ
れ、その上から塗装5が施される。可剥性部材4
には、可剥性ペイント、シート或いは成型パネル
が用いられる。可剥性ペイントは塗装機や刷毛で
塗布し、乾いた後は容易に手で剥すことができる
ペイントで、商品名「クリパツク」として市販さ
れている。シートや成型パネルを使用する場合
は、着脱可能な手段とする。可剥性部材4によつ
てボルト3とボルト孔の間隙、継手2と母材1と
の接合面は被覆されるから雨水の浸入も防止でき
る。又可剥性ペイントを採用した場合には、定期
検査時に該ペイントを剥がすだけで塗装面の研磨
作業も不要となる。検査を終えたら再び可剥性部
材で被覆する。尚、既に塗装を終えた橋梁に対し
ては、わざわざ塗料を施すことなく、その上に可
剥性部材を施せばよい。

浸入を防止して継手部分の錆発生を極力抑えるこ
とができるから、継手、ボルトの耐久性も向上す
る。又、それに伴なつて改修工事の数も減少する
等、大きなメリツトが得られる。尚、本発明は橋
梁のみならず、同種の構造物に対しても応用が可
能である。
