DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for tying fishing nets, and more particularly to a method for tying gill nets made of synthetic monofilament.

Various types of knot structures for fishing nets have been known. Among these, for example, one where the warp thread is wrapped around the upper hook once and the weft thread is pulled into the loop by turning the loop is a single-layered frogmata knot, and the warp thread is wrapped around the upper hook twice and the weft thread is pulled into the loop. The resulting one is called a double frogmata tubercle and is widespread.

For fishing nets that do not require strong knots, single knot knots have generally been used, and for fishing nets that require strong knots, such as gill nets, double knot knots have been used. However, even with double frog knots, the knots may shift under severe usage conditions, so stronger knots have been required.

Therefore, during the manufacturing process of single-layered Frogmata knots, the so-called "transformed Frogmata knots" were devised by winding or entangling the weft threads, and they became popular as knots for gillnet fishing nets that had strong knotting force and did not cause slippage. (See Special Publication No. 49-7098). however,
Even with this metamorphosed frog's crotch tuberosity, in locations with severe usage conditions, the tuberosity may become misaligned after several uses, making it impossible to use it for a long period of time. For this reason, there has been a demand for knots for fishing nets that have knots that are even tighter than before and that are less likely to slip off.

The knots of the present invention are stronger than conventional knot structures, do not loosen even when used underwater for long periods of time, and can be formed automatically in large quantities using a net making machine. The present invention provides a triple knotting method for fishing nets.

That is, in the method of the present invention, the upper hook, which is rotatable in the left or right direction, is actuated to hook the weft thread and the warp thread, in which one thread end is fixed and the other thread end is movable, and the upper hook is moved. Form two loops of the warp thread and one loop of the weft thread, pull out the movable end of the warp thread from inside the three loops, and insert the movable end of the weft thread into the third loop of the warp thread. After passing through the thread end, pull the movable end of the warp thread to pull out the third loop of the warp thread from within the three loops on the upper hook, and insert the weft thread inside these three loops. The movable side yarn end is pulled in, and a bent part of the weft yarn in which the movable side yarn end of the warp yarn is entangled is formed inside the three loops, and the movable side yarn end and fixed side yarn end of the warp yarn and weft yarn are intertwined. The method is characterized in that it consists of pulling and tightening.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a triple knot that has a strong knotting force not seen in the past and can withstand long-term use. Further, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to produce triple knots having the above-mentioned advantages by machine, and the method has the advantage that productivity can be increased by using a simple net-making machine.

In the figure, when the lower hook 11, which has hooked the movable yarn end 1b of the warp yarn, is retreated from the groove 3d, the warp yarn 1
After forming a winding part 1f surrounding the fixed side yarn end 1a of the warp yarn and the fixed side yarn end 2a of the weft yarn, A third loop 1e is formed. When the loop 1e is lowered and passes through a boat shape 4 (not shown), the movable side yarn end 2 of the weft yarn 2 is substantially removed.
b has passed through the third loop 1e. In this state, when the warp thread 1 is removed from the lower hook 11 and the movable end 1b of the warp thread 1 is pulled in the direction opposite to the supply direction of the warp thread 1 (to the left in the figure), the warp thread 1 at the knotted portion The weft threads 2 and weft threads 2 are arranged in a relationship as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b. That is, the weft yarn 2 passes through the back surfaces of the fixed side yarn end 1a and the movable side yarn end 1b of the warp yarn, and passes through each loop 1 formed on the upper hook 3.

To tighten the knot, the fixed side yarn end 1a of the warp yarn and the fixed side yarn end 2a of the weft yarn are rotated with a feed roller (not shown) and pulled in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and the warp yarn loop 1c and the weft yarn end are pulled in the direction of the arrow in the figure. This is done by tightening the yarn loop 2c, then pulling the movable yarn end 1b of the warp yarn using a tightening roller (not shown) and tightening the second loop 1d of the warp yarn. Figures 5c and 5d are front and rear views of the knot obtained by tightening.

The above method is one embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIGS. 6a, b, c, and d, first the first loop 1c of the warp thread is made on the upper hook, and then the weft thread 2 is made. Make a loop 2c of the weft thread, then hang the warp thread 1 to make a loop 1d of the warp thread, and then
It is also possible to draw the weft thread 2 into the individual loops 1c, 1d, and 2c, remove the loops from the upper hook, and tighten the knots in the same manner as in the embodiment described above, thereby creating a knot. It has the same effects as those of the example and is effective as a gill net fishing net.

The knotted gillnet fishing net of the present invention does not cause any turning, shifting, etc. compared to the conventional double frogfish fishing net or the modified frogfish knot fishing net with one loop each of warp thread and weft thread. The present invention has many advantages, such as being able to withstand long-term use because the state of the net knitted by the net-knitting machine is maintained indefinitely, which not only helps in resource conservation but also provides excellent fishing performance.

1 A weft thread in which one end of the thread is fixed and the other end is movable in the vertical direction relative to the hook of the upper hook by rotating the upper hook that can freely rotate in the left or right direction. Hook the warp thread and form two loops of warp thread and one loop of weft thread on the upper hook, and rotate the upper hook so that the warp thread wraps around the bottom end of the upper hook of these three loops. After that, the movable side yarn of the warp yarn is pulled out through the inside of the three loops using the lower hook to form a third loop of the warp yarn, and the movable side yarn end of the weft yarn is inserted into the third loop. After passing through the boat shape holding the warp thread, pull the movable thread of the warp thread to pull out the third loop of the warp thread from within the three loops formed on the upper hook, and insert it into these three loops. The yarn on the movable side of the weft yarn is folded back and drawn into a double line shape, and a bent part of the double line weft yarn entwined with the yarn on the movable side of the warp yarn is formed inside the three loops, A triple knotting method for fishing nets, which comprises removing these loops from the upper hook and tightening the movable and fixed ends of the warp and weft threads.
