より両者を結合し、外部容積を自由に変更させる
ことができる組立家屋において、上記保持機構
は、下段家屋の柱の上と下に穿たれたネジ穴と、
上段家屋の柱と下側に穿たれた保持穴とが設けら
れ、上段家屋を上に引き出したときにこの下段家
屋の柱の上部に設けたネジ穴に上記上段家屋の保
持穴を通して止めピンを取り付ける構造であるこ

7が固着してある。下段家屋1、上段家屋2の壁
面下部それぞれにはねじ穴8と保持穴9が開口し
てあり、下段家屋1の壁面上部にもねじ穴10が
開口してあり、保持穴9より止めピン11を挿通
してねじ穴8か10のいずれか一方にねじ込むこ
とにより下段家屋1と上段家屋2とは連結され
る。そして、上段家屋2を引上げた状態(第2
図)において、上段家屋2の扉6下部より地表の

れ、上下に二階の家屋が組立てられることにな
る。こうして組立てられた状態が第2図で示すも
のであり、上段家屋2の扉6下部より階段18を
固定することで上段家屋2は地表より人員が出入

い設置場所であつても利用範囲を広くすることが
できる。さらに、本発明では、二階建て構造の組
立家屋で保持機構を保管時と組立時との双方で利
用でき資材を有効に利用できるとともに、どこか
へ失念するおそれはなくなる。
