Purpose of the Invention The present invention relates to the improvement of conventional prefabricated buildings applicable to emergency temporary buildings, offices for construction work, warehouses, etc. For example, by connecting floor panels, wall panels, roof panels, etc., and creating a foldable form, construction and removal work can be completed in a minimum of time, and transportation, storage space, labor work, etc. can be thoroughly arranged. This is a folding house developed for simplicity and rationalization.

Conventional techniques and problems With conventional techniques, even in the case of panel type, there are many disadvantages such as transportation space, load damage, and storage space. It is labor-intensive, and there is a limit to the floor space available for transporting completed buildings, and moreover, it is limited to small buildings.
There was also the problem of finding a place to store it when it was not needed.

In addition, since the floor and roof can be folded, it can be made larger, and the storage space is approximately 1/5th that of conventional models, and the construction time is approximately 1/20th that of conventional prefabricated models. It is extremely efficient and economical.

It is sufficient to connect iron pipes of about 100 millimeters as a hinge structure with two joists. At this time, the strength for forming the floor surface is hardly affected by the diameter of the pipe.
Additionally, floor hanging fittings 12 are installed vertically at both ends of the joists 2.

Ridge hanging fittings 11 and 11' are fixedly installed vertically at both ends of the ridge beam 1. At this time, the roof panel 4 is
For structural calculations, for example, the load capacity per square meter is 100Kg.

5' incorporates a commonly used reinforcement 16 and is manufactured to a predetermined size. At this time, both the upper and lower ends are made to protrude in a substantially ]-shaped manner, and as described below, one of the protrusions is made longer than the other, and the left and right sides are reversely symmetrical. In other words, the position leaving space for the joist 2 from the lower end of the wall panel 5, for example,

As shown in Figure 1, this product has an extremely small volume and compact shape, and requires far less space than conventional prefabricated buildings.
Not only does the loading capacity increase, but because there are only a small number of component types, there is no chance of forgetting to load anything.

Effects of the invention The folding house of the present invention has an extremely simple structure, and can be easily constructed and dismantled in an extremely short period of time without requiring any skill. It only takes up a small area, and unlike conventional prefabricated buildings, there is no need to forget to load it during transportation, and there are almost no occupational accidents. Furthermore, regarding production costs, compared to conventional prefabricated buildings,
Except for the slight increase in material and labor costs for the hinge structure, storage, transportation, and construction costs are much lower, and the economical effects are significant.
