の上端を係合して立ち上がり周縁部と下向き縁部
との間隔および内外側筐体間の間隔を一定に保持
した状態で内外側筐体の係合部を一体的に熱融着
して内外側筐体の二重中空筐構成となし、次い
で、内側筐体の下向き縁部の下端から外側筐体に
おけるL形段部までの立ち上がり周縁部の外側縁
全体にわたり、その斜向状突起および起伏部との
熱融着をもつて合成樹脂材による帯状部を一体的
