本発明は例えば建築物の外装板のように底面に
補強のためにリブを形成した金属板からなる板材
を製造する際に適用される曲げ加工方法に関する

工により点線d1に沿つて曲げて側壁11を形成す
る。この際切欠き部4に由来する切欠き部41が
側壁11に形成されているから該切欠き部41を
これに適合した形状の切片5を当接し第12図に
示すように溶接によつて固定することにより閉塞
する。このようにして底面2に側壁11から連な

本発明は上記従来の問題を解決する手段として
金属板の側壁になるべき部分と底面になるべき部
分を画定し、更に底面においてリブになるべき部
分を画定し、該リブになるべき部分の巾の範囲内
で所定の巾で該側壁になるべき部分を切欠くと共
に溶接代を形成し、該底面のリブになるべき部分
を曲げ加工してリブを形成すると共に側壁になる
べき部分を曲げ加工して側壁を形成し、このよう
にして得られたリブもしくは側壁に溶接代を重合
させてスポツト溶接を行い固定するものである。

ら該両縁密接部分を溶接しかつ溶接代61,62
部分をスポツト溶接する。ここに言うスポツト溶
接には溶接点が点状であるものは勿論、面状に拡
張されたものも含まれる。なお切欠き部4Aの両
内角から延長される切込み4Bは側壁11を形成
した際リブ31の断面形状に沿つた形状になるよ
うにする。このようにして第8図に示すような底
面2に側壁11に連なるリブ31が形成された製

d1と点線d3の交点から点線d1に沿つて点線d2,d4
の位置まで夫々切込み6A,6A,6B,6Bを
入れることにより溶接代61A,62Aを形成す
る。なお切欠き部4Aの一側縁には帯状部分1を

り更に該一縁から直角に縦方向の帯状部分をと

の帯状部分に曲げ加工を施して断面山形のリブを
形成するとともに該横方向の帯状部分に曲げ加工
を施して側壁を形成し、このようにして得られた
リブもしくは側壁に溶接代を重合させてスポツト
溶接を行い固定することを特徴とする曲げ加工方
