Corrugated paper is formed by pasting together multiple sheets of paper, and the device that performs these pasting is generally called a corrugator, and the corrugated paper is continuously pasted together. This pasted corrugated paperboard is cut into desired dimensions to be used as a product, and must be temporarily pooled in a pallet or the like in order to be subjected to printing or box-making. To perform this temporary pooling, a predetermined number of cut cardboard sheets are stacked together and are called batches, and these batches are further stacked or arranged horizontally and temporarily stored on pallets or the like. However, the corrugated paper that has just been laminated contains a lot of water and is likely to warp during the subsequent drying process. The sheets are stacked alternately, back to back or belly to belly, in units of 40 to 40 sheets. Therefore, a small batch of 20 to 40 sheets is suitable for sending out from a corrugator. This batch formation is an extremely important part in quickly processing continuously transported corrugated paperboard and improving work efficiency.
It is also important for automation.

Batches are formed in the batch forming section by continuously transporting corrugated paperboard, dropping it into the regulating plate of the batch forming section, and stacking it at a predetermined height to form batches. This batch is then sent out from the batch forming section for the next processing step.
Conventionally, batches were not formed in an orderly manner due to the wide spacing between the regulating plates, and batches collapsed during delivery, making it impossible to stack batches. The speed of the corrugator, cutting device, etc. in the previous stage had to be slowed down, resulting in a reduction in manufacturing efficiency. In addition, if the regulating plate is made narrower to match the batch size, both ends of the batch will come into contact with the regulating plate, increasing frictional resistance. There was a drawback that it was not possible.

Next, to explain the present invention in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment, numerals 1 to 3 are conveyors for transporting cut corrugated paperboard, which are arranged in series and have a corrugator and cutting device 4 at the front stage and a batch forming section 5 at the rear stage. In between, continuously cut corrugated paper 6
A, 6b, and 6c are continuously transferred to form a batch 7. In this case, the corrugator line speed and the driving speed of the first conveyor 1 are different, and the driving speed of the first conveyor is approximately 60% lower than the corrugator line speed, so that the corrugated paper supplied from the cutting device is cut halfway. It's starting to pile up. These conveyors are arranged adjacent to each other, and each conveyor is formed by disposing a plurality of drive belts 1a, 2a, 3a in parallel, and the drive of each conveyor is controlled.

The first conveyor 1 is always driven at a constant speed and reliably transports the corrugated paperboard continuously delivered from the corrugator and cutting device 4. The second conveyor 2 receives the cardboard transferred from the first conveyor 1 and transfers it to the next stage, that is, the third conveyor 3. This second conveyor 2 is driven at a constant speed. It is designed to alternately repeat actions such as stopping and stopping for a certain period of time (several seconds). The third conveyor 3 is configured to be driven at a constant speed or to alternately repeat fast-forward driving, and when the second conveyor 2 stops, fast-forward driving is performed. Note that the second conveyor 2 is driven at a slightly faster speed than the first conveyor 1, and the second conveyor 2 and the third conveyor 3 are driven at substantially the same speed.

The batch sending device of the present invention configured as described above firstly processes the cut corrugated paperboard 6a, which is continuously fed out from the corrugated paperboard manufacturing and cutting device.
6b and 6c are, for example, three rows of transfer conveyors 1,
2 and 3, and sequentially supplied to the batch forming section 5. In this batch forming section, regulating plates 9 and 10 are positioned at a predetermined interval according to the length of the cut corrugated paperboard, so that the batches 7 are formed in an orderly manner with as little play as possible. Of course, if the sheets are well aligned, only one plate material may be used. When the batch 7 reaches a predetermined height, some of the transfer conveyors 1, 2, and 3, especially the transfer conveyor 2, stop to temporarily stop the supply of corrugated paper to the batch forming section 5. From there, the batches must be sent quickly to the transfer line 22 side. When this batch is sent out, the other regulating plate 10 is moved to the pneumatic cylinder 16.
By sliding, it quickly retreats from the regulation position (the position of the imaginary line) and releases the contact with the batch 7, and at the same time,
When the drive roller 8 is driven, the extrusion means 1
The pneumatic cylinder 20 of 1 operates, and the push plate 21 pushes out the batch 7. Since this series of operations is carried out almost simultaneously, even if the drive roller 8 is driven at a considerable speed, there is no contact between the batches 7 and the plate material 10, and furthermore, since the batches 7 are pushed out by the push-out means at an instantaneous start, There is no load collapse due to inertia during startup, and it can be delivered quickly and in an extremely good manner. After sending out the batch 7, the plate material 10 and the push plate 21 quickly return to their original positions, and the transfer conveyor 2 is driven again to continuously supply the corrugated paper to the batch forming section 5. Formation and delivery are repeated.

As explained above, the corrugated paper batch delivery device according to the present invention continuously corrugates corrugated paper, cuts it into predetermined lengths, and transports the corrugated paper to form predetermined patches for subsequent processing. In the transfer device, the batch forming section is formed by laying a large number of driving rolls that directly receive the corrugated paperboard and send out the batches in a direction substantially perpendicular to the feeding direction, and the batch forming section is formed by placing the batches on the upper surface of the driving rolls. A plate material for regulating the front and back of the batch is disposed at least at the front, and the plate material is configured to be able to freely slide back and forth according to the dimensions of the batch to be formed, and to move backward by a predetermined stroke when the batch is fed out. Furthermore, since a configuration is adopted in which a batch extrusion means is provided on the side surface of the batch forming section, the position of which can be changed arbitrarily according to the size of the corrugated paperboard, the overall configuration is significantly simplified, and repairs and maintenance inspections are made easier. This is easy, especially since the drive roll is arranged to directly receive the corrugated paper to form batches, and to deliver the batches in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the corrugated paper is fed.
It has the excellent effect that it can be immediately discharged from the batch forming part without changing the direction, and that the discharging operation is easy and can be carried out in a short time.

In addition, a push-out means is provided on the side for ejecting the corrugated paper, and the position of the push-out means can be changed arbitrarily according to the size of the corrugated paper. The batch extrusion work can be carried out quickly and stably without causing the batch to collapse, regardless of the situation, and it also has the excellent effect of facilitating the subsequent processing work.
