を利用するようにすることである。 However, regarding the railway section, constructing a transportation network between stations requires replacing freight cars, which requires a lot of money and time, and there are challenges in developing container transportation. , cargo handling can be carried out within an extremely short stopping time (approximately 10 minutes), and a transport method similar to passenger transport is used, in other words, a network is constructed of fixed train formations, and containers are transported to any station by boarding trains as needed. The idea is to make use of the time available.

The prerequisite is to adopt a cargo handling method in which all containers are transferred at the same time, but in addition, necessary containers are extracted from a group of detained containers and set one after another at a predetermined loading position. Functionality is required. A practical method for this is to arrange vertical and horizontal tracks and use a container moving trolley that moves back and forth and left and right while stopping at precise positions on these tracks. The problem is how to stop accurately at a predetermined position, which can be achieved by detecting the running direction and position, but it is economically problematic to install a complex mechanism on a large number of trolleys. Moreover, it takes time to stop the system, and there is also a problem in speed.

It is designed to hold the cart at a constant height when 7 is trolley 4
An example of a case in which the anchor 3 is attached to the central lower part of the vehicle and can be captured in all running directions, and the trolley side is provided with vertical movement and buffering functions will be described with reference to FIG.

る。 In Fig. 2, reference numeral 3 denotes an anchor provided at the intersection of both vertical and horizontal tracks, and four anchor members 8-a,
b, c, and d act as anchors in four directions, front, back, left, and right, respectively. Reference numeral 9 denotes an anchor capturing member that is dropped between four anchor members 8-a, b, c, and d to capture the anchor in all running directions, and springs 10-a, It is tension-supported by a support 11 attached to the truck 4 via b, c, and d. In the state shown in the figure, when the cart travels in the direction of the arrow and moves onto the anchor 3, the anchor capturing member 9 comes into contact with the anchor member 8a, and moves directly above the anchor 3 while being pushed upward by the taper. When the springs 10-a and 10-a come off the anchor member 8a,
anchor members 8-a, b, by b, c, d;
c and d, and is restrained by the anchor member 8c as it travels, and the spring 10-
c and d extend, and the braking force is gradually applied to stop the motor.
At this time, the springs 10-a and 10-b move without any problem due to the adjustment of the mounting portion. Spring 1 after stopping
As 0-c and d return, the truck moves backward, but is restrained by the anchor member 8-a and finally comes to a complete stop. The above operation is exactly the same in all directions of travel. When traveling, the anchor catching member 9 is pulled upward and fixed by the metal fittings 12, etc., and when stopping, it is released just before the stop position.

It is ready to be loaded. Container b on a bogie to be loaded onto the next train is waiting in the transfer zone 15, where it is moved vertically and set at a loading position. In the detention zone 16, containers c, d, e, etc. on the bogies that will be loaded one after another after the departing train are detained, and after container a is loaded onto the train and container b is moved to the unloading platform 14. , the container c on the trolley passes between other trolleys, or moves other trolleys if necessary, and moves back and forth and left and right to the transfer zone. In the detention zone 16, containers unloaded from the truck loading/unloading platform 17 are transferred to empty carts and stored one after another.
