In order to increase the reliability of the sliding brushes used in potentiometers and many others, the contact is stabilized by making the sliding brushes with multiple wire bundles, i.e., point or surface contact, multi-point contact. A brush that enhances sex is being considered.

Since 3 to several dozen ultra-fine wires of 10μ have to be welded to the base material, productivity is extremely low when welding them one by one, and when welding many wires at once, it is difficult to weld parts. If the welded part is not welded properly or the welded part melts too much, it may fall off or break, especially if the ultra-fine wire is shaped after welding.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a large number of ultra-fine wires W are unwound from each reel 1 which is pivotally attached to one reel shaft 2, and are transferred to a primary collecting device 3, where each ultra-fine wire is The distance between the lines W is narrowed,
The overall width dimension is reduced to about 1/4. A large number of ultra-fine wires W coming out of the collecting device 3 are sent to an alignment device 4, where the intervals between the ultra-fine wires W are adjusted and overlapping is prevented. Then, a large number of aligned ultra-fine wires W are sent to a secondary gathering device 5, where the ultra-fine wires W
The overall width dimension is reduced to near the required final width dimension. When the number of ultra-fine wires W is small,
These devices can be omitted. Next, a large number of ultra-fine wires W are sent to an alignment device 6, where the ultra-fine wires W are prevented from overlapping each other and are aligned to a desired final width. A large number of the aligned ultra-fine wires W are intermittently sent out successively by a predetermined length along the transfer guide 7. Next, on the lower side (in some cases, the upper side) of the aligned ultra-fine wires W that have been transferred from the transfer guide 7 and temporarily stopped, a single piece of material B having the required width is placed by the material feeding device 9 from the right angle direction. In the case of a long object, it is manually fed forward, and in the case of a long object, it is mechanically fed forward and set on the lower electrode 10a of the welding device 10. Next, the upper electrode 10b is lowered to weld the first end of the aligned ultra-fine wire W to the base material B, and then the rotation guide plate 10e
Rotate it slightly and advance it to the first stepped groove 10d, which is equally spaced with the spacing between the ultra-fine wires, and perform the second weld.
The sliding brush material P is obtained by rotating sequentially and welding up to the final piece. When the upper electrode 10b rises after welding, the aligned ultra-fine wires W are again transferred by a predetermined length from the transfer guide 7 and paused, and accordingly, the sliding brush material P is also transferred by a predetermined length along the transfer guide 11. The aligned ultra-fine wires W, which have been fed out and temporarily stopped, are welded to the base material B as described above, and thereafter, the above-described operations are repeated to sequentially manufacture sliding brush materials P intermittently.

ある。 In the above embodiment, the base material B cut into a certain length in advance is fed to the position below the aligned ultra-fine wire W, but the strip-shaped base material is intermittently fed to the position below the aligned ultra-fine wire W by a certain length. Alternatively, after being fed to the lower position and welded, the aligned ultra-fine wires may be cut to a required length.

と良い。 However, when manufacturing a sliding brush from the long sliding brush material manufactured as described above, a large number of continuous ultra-fine wires W are sequentially cut at the edge of each base material B and welded to each base material B. A large number of ultra-fine wires W are processed into a desired shape, or a large number of continuous ultra-fine wires W are processed into a desired shape between each base material B, and then the ultra-fine wires W are processed into a desired shape between each base material B. It is best to cut sequentially along the edges.

る。 As described in detail above, the method for manufacturing the sliding brush material of the present invention involves transporting and gathering a large number of ultra-fine wires and arranging them horizontally, while intermittently inserting a base material from a direction perpendicular to the many ultra-fine wires that have been aligned. Because the welding is performed by sequentially feeding ultra-fine wires,
The sliding brush material can be manufactured extremely efficiently, and the sliding brush material can then be made into a sliding brush by simply cutting, processing, or processing and cutting ultra-fine wires. There are many things that contribute to improving sexuality.

なことはないものである。 In addition, since a large number of horizontally aligned ultra-fine wires are sequentially welded to the base material one by one, there is no problem of only partial welding or excessive melting of the welded parts as in conventional methods. When the aligned ultra-fine wires are cut or molded to make a sliding brush, the ultra-fine wires do not fall off or break.
