【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は洋式便器に付設される暖房便座に関す
るものである。

従来例の構成とその問題点 一般に第1図に示すような洋式便器1において
は、冬期の採暖のために便座2に発熱体を組み込
んである。具体的には第2図に示すようにP.V.C
等のシート3に真空成形法で溝4を形成しこの溝
4に電熱線よりなる発熱体5をはめ込み、さらに
接着剤でネツト(図示せず)等を張りつけて発熱
体ユニツト6を構成し、この発熱体ユニツト6を
接着剤7で便座2の内面に張りつけていた。この
ような構成では、成形ならびに接着作業を必要と
することから作業性が悪く、また、作業環境、製
品の汚れ不良等々の問題があつた。また、発熱体
5を配設するシート3は溝4を成形することから
成形容易なP.V.C等の材料を用いるが、このP.V.
C等の材料は均熱性という点から好ましくなく、
便座2全面を加熱するには満足するものではな
い。

発熱体ユニツト等となし、これを便座内面に簡単
に組込みできるようにすることを目的とする。

た発熱体ユニツトを構成し、この発熱体ユニツト
を弾力性を有する押え板に依り、便座の内面に押
しつけて熱的に結合させた構成である。

設して構成される。この発熱体ユニツト7を便座
11の内面に当接し、硬質P.V.C等の成形体より
なる弾力性を有する押え板12で前記発熱体ユニ
ツト6′を便座11の内面に押しあてて固定して
いる。前記押え板12の端部13は便座11に取
付けた裏板14で支持され、常に発熱体ユニツト
7を圧着させる力を得ている。
