Conventionally, methods for manufacturing fiberboard having an uneven pattern include a press forming method using an uneven plate or an uneven roll, a shot blasting method in which a punched pattern plate is pressed against the surface of the substrate and the surface of the substrate is excavated with abrasive particles, There are various methods such as a raised printing method, a router cutting method, and a method of blowing high pressure air.

However, according to the press molding method, the surface of the base material is pressed to form an uneven pattern, so there is a limit to the depth of the unevenness in order to prevent destruction of the base material, the mold cost is high, and there is no need for shot blasting. With this method, the excavation depth is not constant due to local variations in the amount and shape of abrasive grains or the hardness of the substrate, making it difficult to obtain a uniform depth of unevenness, and the work is complicated. The pattern board was also severely damaged. In addition, the method using embossed printing has a limit to the height of the embossed printing, and the method using a router has a slow cutting speed and takes time to process, resulting in poor productivity. In addition, it is performed in a separate process from the papermaking process, resulting in high costs. Furthermore, in the method of using high-pressure air, even if high-pressure air is blown onto the surface of wet pine formed by a forming machine, the surface of the wet pine will peel off in layers and scatter in scales, and a clear pattern will not be created. , each had drawbacks such as difficulty in forming patterns.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and by spraying high-pressure water onto a wet mat made by wet papermaking to form an uneven pattern on the mat surface, the present invention does not cause deterioration in strength and can be easily installed using simple equipment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a fiberboard having an uneven pattern, which enables patterning of the fiberboard.

The paper making machine 2 has an outer circumferential surface formed in a mesh shape, the inside and outside of which are freely ventilated, and a suction device (not shown) draws suction from the outer circumferential surface into the cylinder, and as the paper making machine 2 rotates, the outer circumference The fibers in the papermaking liquid 1 adhere to the surface and are dehydrated by suction to form a mat 3, which is a papermaking object. Further, a brush roll 4 is rotatably provided at a position on the papermaking start side above the surface of the papermaking liquid 1 and at an appropriate distance from the papermaking machine 2, and adjusts the mat 3 to a predetermined thickness.

Above the brush roll 4, a cylindrical perforated rotating body 6 having patterned small holes 5 on its circumferential surface and rotating in synchronization with the paper making machine 2, and an appropriate number of nozzles are attached to the water pipe. A pattern forming device 8 is provided, which includes a stationary jetting device 7 that sprays high-pressure water onto the mat 3 from inside the perforated rotating body 6 through small holes 5, and forms a pattern on the surface of the mat 3 in a wet state. A recess 9 is formed in. A saucer 10 is provided between the pattern forming device 8 and the brush roll 4.
While draining some of the water sprayed onto the mat 3, a pressing device 11 consisting of an endless felt belt rotatably provided above the pattern forming device 8 is installed to remove the mat 3 which has absorbed water and is in a swollen state. The mat 3 is pressed against the peripheral surface of the paper making machine 2 to make the mat 3 a predetermined thickness, and water is sucked and dehydrated from the back surface of the mat 3 toward the inside of the paper making machine 2.

As explained above, according to the present invention, high-pressure water is sprayed onto a wet mat formed by wet papermaking, and water is suctioned and dehydrated from the back surface of the mat, while an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the mat. Therefore, a fiberboard having an uneven pattern can be obtained with simple equipment without deterioration in strength.

Further, the appearance of the uneven pattern can be easily changed by simply adjusting the distance between the pattern forming device and the mat surface.

Furthermore, by attaching the pattern forming device to the papermaking start side that exits the slurry section of the papermaking machine, there is no need for a special suction dehydration device, and the suction dehydration action of the papermaking machine causes less swelling of the mat, making it easier to form patterns and drying. In addition to improving efficiency, even if processing waste is scattered from the mat, it can be returned to the papermaking liquid and reused, and there are fewer problems with post-processing.
