In embroidery sewing machines, a large number of colored threads are used interchangeably. For this purpose, the number of colored threads to be used is arranged at or above the sewing machine head so that a predetermined number of colored threads can be used. However, industrial embroidery machines have 10 or more sewing machine heads arranged in parallel on a single machine, allowing many of the same patterns to be embroidered at the same time, improving production efficiency. Therefore, the distance between adjacent sewing machine heads is narrow, and there is a limit to how many colored threads can be held using this narrow space. When embroidering with more colored threads than can be held in a space, it is necessary to embroider with the colored threads held in the space, remove this colored thread, replace it with the next new colored thread, and embroider again. . In general, bobbins of the same or more colors used for one embroidery pattern are directly inserted into and supported by a large number of spindles provided at the upper part of the sewing machine head. When one pattern of embroidery is completed, the next pattern is started, but at this time, it is necessary to change the color scheme of the colored threads depending on the embroidery pattern. When changing the bobbin thread color scheme, the embroidery sewing machine is temporarily stopped, but the time it takes to change the color scheme of the colored threads to match the pattern varies depending on the number of sewing machines, but it can be as short as 1 hour (6 for up to 6 hours (24 hours)
head). As a result, the time the sewing machine is stopped due to changing embroidery patterns becomes longer, reducing its operating rate and even affecting production capacity.

Two rotating frames with multiple bobbin cases suspended from the outer periphery are placed next to each other, and when embroidery is being performed using the bobbin cases of one rotating frame, the pins of the stopped rotating frame are connected to the solenoid. The rotation frame is removed from the drive shaft during operation, and the rotating frame is set in a free state, so that even while the sewing machine is running, preparations can be made for changing the color combination of colored threads to match the next pattern, so there is no need to stop the sewing machine when changing the color combination of colored threads for this pattern color scheme. This greatly reduces the time required, and in addition, each bobbin case can store the required length of thread from the bobbin through the thread take-up to the needle tip, which is approximately 50 to 70 cm, along the outer circumference of the bobbin case. The thread end can be easily and quickly inserted into the needle hole using the thread end.

The thread hanging tools 78 and 79 are arranged at positions where they protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating frame when the bobbin case is suspended from the rotating frame, so that the thread drawn out from the bobbin case is guided to the thread take-up and the needle. Make sure that the required tension is obtained when it is rolled. Further, hangers 80, 80 are provided at two positions facing the upper outer peripheral surface of the case body 70 for hanging and supporting the locking pins 65, 65 of the rotating frame 61, and the hanger 80 rotates around the locking pins 65. The case body 70 swings due to the rotation of the rotating frame 61 under its own weight so that the center of the case body passing through the center of gravity is always vertical. Therefore, the attitude of the case body is automatically controlled so that the upper opening surface of the case body is always in the upper position and the case base 72 is in the lower position, no matter where the case body is suspended at any position on the outer periphery of the rotating frame.

The bobbin case, arranged in different colors, is stopped in place and used. When embroidering is performed using the thread in the bobbin case that is stopped at a fixed position, the cam 9 is driven by a simple operation to return the thread hooking pins 75, 75 against the spring 73 to the same position as when the thread was inserted. At this time, the thread end stored in the groove 77 of the bobbin case by this thread hooking pin is smoothly led out from the hole H, passed through the thread take-up, and guided to the needle hole. This can be done manually or by using an automatic threading mechanism. This color change is achieved by storing the color scheme in the bobbin case suspended in the circumferential direction of the rotating frame in advance in the CPU, and controlling and rotating the rotating frame using signals from the CPU. The end of the thread is passed through the thread take-up and needle hole from the bobbin case that is stopped in a fixed position.
At this time, the rod 8 is pushed up by the cylinder 12 via the push rod 11, and the thread is raised to a required height above the bobbin by the thread hooking link and the thread hook 7 is raised.
It will surely lead to 8 and 79 and be played out. The rod 8 is kept in the raised state while the thread is being used in the bobbin case stopped at this fixed position.

When this rack is driven, the thread hanging link 81 descends, causing the thread unwound from the bobbin to become slack. However, in order to rotate the cam via the rack, the case base is connected via the pin 76 locked to the cam. This causes the thread hook pins 75, 75 to swing, and the thread is hung in a zigzag manner between the two thread hooks 78, 79, absorbing a length of about 50 to 70 cm of the drawn thread, and then used. I'll wait again.

The present invention has two rotating frames adjacent to each other, each of which houses a bobbin and has a bobbin case provided with a case base at the bottom, which is suspended and supported in large numbers at fixed pitches in the circumferential direction of the rotating frame.
There is also a push rod that drives the rotating frame to stop one bobbin case at a fixed position for sewing, and a push rod that pushes up the thread hook link that lets out thread from the bobbin case in the fixed position, and a case base that absorbs excess thread that is drawn out when changing the thread. Since a cam is installed to rotate the table, a large number of threads can be held in the sewing machine head in a narrow space, and when one rotating frame is in use, the other rotating frame can be used to start the next job. This has the advantage of improving work efficiency because preparations can be made.
