である。 First, prior to explaining the present invention, the original patent application will be briefly explained. In obtaining a material for sandals or the like, the first step is to attach a decorative material to a foamable base material to form a processed material. Thereafter, in a second step, a press mold having a predetermined uneven pattern is pressed against the decorative material side of the workpiece material to crush and immerse the decorative material into the base material, and in a third step, the remaining portion other than the crushed and immersed portion is removed. After that, in the fourth step, at least the part where the decorative material is pasted is heated to promote foaming of the base material and create a convex pattern in this part, thereby creating sandals, etc. The material was obtained from

There are products on the market that can be used as processed materials. Even if the material is not commercially available, there are various processing means available for obtaining the material to be processed. Due to the existence of such processed materials, it is naturally possible to reuse these processed materials in carrying out the manufacturing method of the original patent application.

である。 In view of the current situation, this application is being filed in order to separately acquire rights to the fundamental technical idea of the means already disclosed in the original patent application. That is, the method for manufacturing a material such as sandals with a pattern according to the present invention involves forming a processed material, which is formed by laminating a non-foaming decorative material on a foaming base material surface, to have a predetermined uneven pattern. The press is pressed against the cosmetic material side, a part of the cosmetic material is crushed and immersed in the base material, and then the remaining cosmetic material other than the crushed and immersed portion is scraped off, and after that, at least the cosmetic material is pasted. It is characterized by being formed by heating and expanding the portion.

First, before explaining the present invention, a brief explanation will be given of the material 1 obtained by the present invention and sandals 4, which are applied products thereof, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B. Of course, this material has the form of a sandal material as an example, but as mentioned earlier, it is not limited to sandal material and can be applied to various types of footwear, bags and other items, display items, etc. It is possible. This material 1 has a shape in which the cosmetic material 3 stands out from the base material 2, and the portion where the cosmetic material 3 is exposed in relief on the surface forms a decorative pattern. In addition, as shown in Fig. 1A, the sandals 4

Of these, the base material 2 is required to be made of a foamable material, such as EVA resin, because it will be processed later into a relief pattern, but the decorative material 3 to be laminated on the top surface is foamable. There is no need to include. In short, it is sufficient that the cosmetic material 3 is laminated to the base material 2.
The cosmetic material 3 may be laminated in at least one layer. Further, as a method for forming a layer, in addition to pasting of the general cosmetic material 3, an appropriate method such as laminating, coating, or printing may be applied.

The surface of the material to be processed on the side of the decorative material 3 is partially crushed and immersed into the base material 2 using the press die 5. Incidentally, a convex portion on the mold 5 is indicated by the reference numeral 5'.

Due to such heating, the base material 2, which had already been crushed and increased in density in the previous stage as shown in FIG. It deforms so that it bulges out higher than the surface that was scraped off. Since the bulging surface is laminated with a decorative material 3 different from the base material 2, that portion is formed on the base material 2 as a relief pattern.

ある。 As described above, in the present invention, the upper surface of the workpiece material is crushed into a desired shape and immersed, and then the side of the immersed surface of the base material 2 is planarly scraped off, thereby leaving a crushed immersion part. This allows the desired pattern to remain on the base material 2, and further swells it by heating it in a later process, making it extremely easy to create complex patterns. It is possible. In particular, the pattern can be obtained as a concave-convex pattern by promoting foaming of the base material through heat treatment, resulting in a material that is interesting in terms of design.
