圧シリンダにて構成されているので、油圧シリン
ダのストロークを極端に縮小ならしめ得てはいる
が、この形式のフイルタプレスが、全濾板間の開
閉に要する所要時間は、なお、一方の締付ヘツド
を案内杆の支持機枠に固定された固定ヘツドと
し、他方の締付ヘツドのみを可動としている、前
記特公昭51−43909号公報に示されている形式の
フイルタプレスと同様に、可動な一方の締付ヘツ
ドの進退動作のみによつて、濾板の列を、その一
側からのみ順に開閉動作するものであるから長
く、これらのフイルタプレスは、何れも、その濾
過面積を増大するために濾板の枚数を増加すれば
するほど、各濾板間の開閉のために要する時間、

された濾板の各間を夫々ルーズな連結手段を介
して開閉自在に連結してあること、 前記一対の締付ヘツド1,2に、各濾板間の

の約1/2の開閉ストローク分短縮できるので、同
一ストロークの高圧締付装置によれば、約2倍の
枚数の濾板間を締付けることができることになる

スにおいて、 前記一対の締付ヘツド1,2とその間に位置
された濾板の各間を夫々ルーズな連結手段を介
して開閉自在に連結してあること、 前記一対の締付ヘツド1,2に、各濾板間の
開状態を両端から順次閉じる前進方向と各濾板
間の閉状態を両端から順次開く後退方向との両
方向において、それらをほぼ同時に進退せしめ
る、同時駆動装置を配設してあること、 一方の締付ヘツド1に、それを所定の前進位
置において後退不能に係止するための、係脱自
在な係止装置を配設してあること、 他方の締付ヘツド2と一対のガイドレール間
が連結されている機枠との間に、各濾板間を閉
じた状態において各濾板間を更に締付けるため

適所を、各別の締付ヘツド1,2に対して夫々連
結する連結装置と、この紐状駆動媒体の正逆転駆
動装置とでもつて構成されている、特許請求の範
囲第1項に記載のフイルタプレス。 3 前記紐状駆動媒体が、その一端を一方の締付
ヘツド1に連結され、その他端を他方の締付ヘツ
ド2に連結されて、締付ヘツド1の後方のホイー
ルに懸け回わされた紐状駆動媒体10aと、その

を他方の締付ヘツド2に連結されて、締付ヘツド

体に、各濾板間を閉じた状態において締付ヘツド

れるのを許容するための、紐状駆動媒体の弛緩装
置が配設されている、特許請求の範囲第2〜7項
のいづれか一つの項に記載のフイルタプレス。 9 前記紐状駆動媒体の弛緩装置が、締付ヘツド
2の後方位の前記ホイールの軸を、締付ヘツド2
の進退方向において変位自在に支承している該ホ
イールの軸受装置と、この軸受装置を、所望の2
位置間に亘つて進退変位させる、軸受の変位制御
装置とでもつて構成されている、特許請求の範囲
第8項に記載のフイルタプレス。 10 前記締付ヘツド2の後方のホイールに懸け
回わされた紐状駆動媒体の部分の各締付ヘツド
1,2に対する連結部のうち、少なくとも一方の
締付ヘツドに対する連結部が、該締付ヘツドに対
して係脱自在な連結装置を介して連結されてい
る、特許請求の範囲第2〜7項のいづれか一つの
項に記載のフイルタプレス。 11 前記紐状駆動媒体の正逆転駆動装置が、一
対のガイドレール間が連結されている機枠と前記
締付ヘツド2との間に配設した油圧シリンダであ

対のガイドレール間が連結されている機枠と前記
締付ヘツド2との間に配設したスクリユージヤツ
キである、特許請求の範囲第2〜10項のいづれ
か一つの項に記載のフイルタプレス。 14 前記スクリユージヤツキが、各濾板間を閉
じた状態における前記各濾板間の締付装置でもあ
る、特許請求の範囲第13項に記載のフイルタプ
レス。 15 一対の締付ヘツド1,2に配設された前記
同時進退駆動装置が、ガイドレール上の適所に軸
支された各一対のスプロケツトホイール間に懸け
回わしてその直線走行部分を夫々締付ヘツド1の
両側方位に配した一対の無端チエーンと、この無
端チエーンの正逆転駆動装置と、この無端チエー
ンと締付ヘツド1間の連結装置と、一対のガイド
レール間が連結されている機枠と締付ヘツド2と
の間に配設した油圧シリンダとでもつて構成され
ている、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のフイルタ
プレス。 16 一対の締付ヘツド1,2に配設された前記
同時進退駆動装置が、一対のガイドレールに沿つ
て設けたラツクと、該ラツクに噛み合わせてその

このピニオンの正逆転駆動装置と、一対のガイド
レール間が連結されている機枠と締付ヘツドとの
間を配設した油圧シリンダとでもつて構成されて
いる、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のフイルタプ
レス。 17 前記油圧シリンダが、各濾板間を閉じた状
態における各濾板間の前記締付装置でもある、特
許請求の範囲第15項又は第16項に記載のフイ
ルタプレス。 18 一対の締付ヘツド1,2に配設された前記
同時進退駆動装置が、ガイドレール上の適所に軸
支された各一対のスプロケツトホイール間に懸け
回わしてその直線走行部分を夫々締付ヘツド1の
