A continuous decorative band formed by printing a predetermined display, laminating a protective film on the display, and applying an adhesive layer to the back of the band, and a continuous metal band having pilot holes and having the required strength as a flange. are polymerized using the adhesive layer as a medium while adjusting the timing so that the pilot holes of both bands coincide with each other to form a continuous flange strip, and then, using the pilot holes as a reference, a portion corresponding to the circumferential circle of the flange is formed. It is characterized by a structure in which it is press-molded into a predetermined flange shape except for the flange, and finally punched out from a portion corresponding to the circumscribed circle.
