貯水池、ダム等に張設された網場には集塵船、
巡視船の通過のため、網場の途中に通船ゲートが
設けられ、常時は閉じて網場としての塵芥、流木
を阻止する機能を果し、通船時はゲートを開いて
船を通す役目をしている。この通船ゲートは、従
来U字枠を網場の途中に設け、扉体を枠柱に軸支
して、扉体を片開き又は観音開きとしていた。こ
の形式は一見扉体重量がすべて枠柱の軸支部にか
かつているので、扉体の開閉は容易であるようで
あるが、扉体を廻動する時の水の抵抗がかなり大
きいことと、流木、塵芥が開閉の障害となるとい
う欠点があり、この改善が望まれていた。
本発明は、扉体を開閉するのに、扉体を枠体に
沿つて下降あるいは上昇さすことにより、開閉の
水による抵抗、および流木、塵芥による障害が非
常に少く、かつ開閉自動化の容易な、取扱いが安
全な網場用通船ゲートに関する。以下図面に従つ
て本発明の内容を詳述する。
第1図は貯水池に通船ゲートのある網場の平面
図で、1は網場、2は通船ゲートである。第2図
は通船ゲートの正面図、第3図はその平面図で、
3は扉体で、外枠3に網3′を張つたもので、扉
体3の高さは網場の高さと同じである。扉体は巻
揚機で上下さすため、扉体の水中重量を減ずるた
め、フロートを扉体に取付け、水中重量を減ずる
ようにしてもよい。4は扉体挿入用枠体で、枠柱
4と横枠4′およびプラツトホーム4″とからな
り、本実施例では第2図の枠柱4のA−A切断図
(第4図)に示すように、H型鋼に山型鋼を溶接
して、扉体3の側部が挿入される凹入溝4を構
成し、そこに扉体のレール5が固着されている。
扉体3の両側部には、そのレール5に上下動自在
に嵌合するように嵌合材5′が設けられ、レール
との摩擦を減ずるため、ステンレスのライナー
5″がレールに取付けられている。枠柱4の高さ
は扉体高さの2倍とし、両枠柱4の下端は横枠
4′で連結されU字状の枠体4を形成している。
横枠4′には両端部にスプロケツトホイールを取
付けた伝導軸6が軸受で軸支されている。片方の
枠柱の上部のプラツトホーム4″に減速機付電動
機7があり、減速機の出力軸に取付けたスプロケ
ツトホイールとその真下の伝導軸6に設けたスプ
ロケツトホイールとの間に駆動用チエーン8が掛
け渡され、両枠柱の上端に設けられたチエーンホ
イールと、その下方の伝導軸6に設けられたスプ
ロケツトホイールとの間にチエーン9がかけ渡さ
れ、そのチエーン9の両端はそれぞれ扉体3の上
縁と下縁に連結されている。またプラツトホーム
上の電動機の隣には開閉指令電波受信用の受信機
と制御機が設けられ(手動の場合は不要)、片側
のプラツトホーム4″には太陽電池パネルおよび
蓄電池が設けられている。勿論これらは手動の場
合は不要である。両プラツトホーム4″の下面に
フロート10が設けられ、通船ゲートを錘直に浮
上保持しており、プラツトホーム下面中央よりプ
ラツトホームの巾だけの網11を錘下し、流木、
塵芥等を阻止している。
本発明は、このように錘直状の枠体に沿つて、
手動もしくは電動で扉体を下降もしくは上昇させ
るようにしたため、扉体の平面に沿つて扉体が水
中を上下する水の抵抗は小さい。また扉体が下降
する場合は網場に押し寄せた流木、塵芥は障害と
ならず、上昇する場合も塵芥、流木があつても押
し上げるだけで、通船ゲートの閉鎖には障害とな
らず、従来の片開きまたは観音開きの小船で流
木、塵芥を排除しながら開閉する場合に比すれ
ば、極めて容易である。
また太陽電池と蓄電池を組合せた電源を採用す
れば陸電を供給することなく、開閉でき、また電
波指令により巻揚機を作動させれば、船上より遠
隔操作により開閉でき、通船ゲートに乗り移つて
