案内ロツド7が多く利用されており、該案内ロツ
ド7は、前記支柱2にアームブラケツト8を固定
してその両側先端部にそれぞれ固定的に取り付け
られており、一般に懸吊篠巻6の高さ方向の中央
部より下側で且つ満巻篠巻外径よりも10〜30mm離
れた位置に設けられている。そして引き出し篠糸
はこの案内ロツド7を乗り越えて案内され牽伸装
置に引き取られる。また案内部材としては第3図
(正面図)及び第4図(第3図の側面図)に示す
様なガイド部材10が利用される場合もあり、該
ガイド部材10は個々の篠糸を案内する溝を単独
若しくは複数(一般には2つ)設け、前記案内ロ
ツド7とほゞ同じ位置に設けられている。そして
該ガイド部材10の取付手段としては、前記ブラ
ケツト3の取付側を延長させた2重ブラケツト3
aを利用し、該2重ブラケツト3aに支持レール
9を前記取り付けレール4と平行に設けると共に
該支持レール9に個々のガイド部材10を取付け
ている。尚この様なガイド部材10は一般に合成
樹脂材の一体成形品が利用されている。また前記
案内ロツド7或はガイド部材10は、クリール装
置1の各段列に設けることもあるが、通常の精紡
機のクリールでは下段列の篠巻は牽伸装置のバツ
クローラ或はトランペツト若しくは荷重装置の支
持軸が案内部材を兼ねることができるので、図示
する様に上段列側にのみ案内部材が利用されるこ
とが多い。よつて以下の説明は上段列側に適用し
たものを述べるが下段列側にも同様に適用するこ
とができる。またクリール装置は両側の牽伸装置
のために設けられるものが多く、両側がそれぞれ
同様に構成されるので以下の説明は一方側のみに
ついて述べる。

本発明はこれらに着目してなされたもので、従来
のクリール装置の構成部材を変更するだけで篠替
え作業の容易なクリール装置を提供しようとする
ものである。

材の作動によつて機台の片側若しくは片側の一部
を境として両辺側の案内部材を篠巻配列面に沿つ
て一斎に高所側へ揺動退避させる様に構成したも
のである。以下図面に基づいて本発明を詳細に説
明するが、図は本発明の具体的な実施の一例を示
すもので本発明はこれらの図示例に限定されず、
前・後記の趣旨に沿つて構成部品の形状を変更し
たり或は一部の設計を変更しても同様に実施する
ことができる。第5図(正面図)及び第6図(第
5図の右側面図)は前記案内部材を案内ロツド7
としたクリール装置に本発明を適用したものであ
り、第8図(正面図)は案内部材をガイド部材1
0としたクリール装置に本発明を適用したもので
ある。即ち案内ロツド7はそれぞれ前記2重ブラ
ケツト3aの両端側に吊部材12を介して枢支し
た吊杆11の下端側に、支持部材13によつて支
持する様に構成し、吊杆11は吊部材12に対し
て機台の長さ方向に揺動自在に枢支される。また
支持部材13も吊杆11に対して揺動自在に枢支
されている。そして該吊杆11の中央部より上部
側に作動連結杆14を枢支し、該作動連結杆14
は機台の片側全部の吊杆11のほゞ同じ高さ位置
に水平に枢支するか、或はそれぞれ片側の中央を
境として左右両辺側のグループ毎の吊杆11を枢
支させ、該作動連結杆14の機台長さ方向移動に
よつて、該連結杆14に枢支された吊杆11を一
斎に揺動させ、これによつて案内ロツド7を篠巻
配列に沿つて高所側へ退避させるものである。即
ち第7図(第5図の作動説明図)は作動連結杆1
4が左方に引かれて保持された状態を示し、この
状態において案内ロツド7は揺動退避しており、
篠替え作業が極めて容易である。また案内部材が
ガイド部材10として構成されるクリール装置で
は、第8図の如く前記支持レール9に個々のガイ
ド部材10に対応する吊部材12を設けると共に
該吊部材12に吊杆11を前記と同様に枢支し、
吊杆11の下部に直接ガイド部材10を固設す
る。そして該吊杆11にも前記したと同じ様に作
動連結杆14を枢支し、該作動連結杆14は矢印
のごとく左右何れか一方方向に移動してこれに枢
支されている吊杆11を一斎に揺動し、ガイド部
材10を一斎に矢印のごとく左右いずれか一方に
退避させることができる。また作動連結杆14と
してはリング精紡機の片側全錘分の案内ロツド若
しくはガイド部材を退避させる様にしたり、或は
片側の中央部を境として左右を別々の作動連結杆
で連結して左右グループを個々若しくは一斎に作
動させる様に構成してもよい。
