In a conventional electric motor, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a winding 101 and a lead wire 102 are connected, and after being covered with an insulating coating 103, the winding 101 is connected with a string 104 or the like.
The connection part was fixed and it was molded with resin 105, so if the string 104 is too tightened during fixation, the winding 101 may break, and if it is too weak, the lead wire 102 may come off, or the resin may break. The winding 101 may be pushed by the molding pressure and exposed from the mold end face, the connection may be broken due to the movement of the winding 101, or the winding 101 may be damaged due to contact with the stator core 106, resulting in rare shorts. It had some drawbacks.

In FIGS. 3 to 6, 1 is a cover whose cross section has long and short parts so as to cover a certain part of the coil end 2a at one end of the lead wire side of the winding 2 wound in the slot 5a of the stator core 5. It is formed into a U-shape. The short part forming the outer edge part 8 of the cover 1 is in contact with the outer end surface of the stator core 5 on the coil end 2a side, and the long part forming the inner edge part is in contact with the inner tooth part 5b of the stator core 5. The two legs 4 are integrally provided with the cover 1 and are in contact with each other at the center, and the two legs 4 are inserted into the inner circumferential sides of both slots 5a adjacent to the teeth 5b. A claw 7 is formed at the end of the leg 4 so as to expand and engage the tooth 5b on the side surface of the stator core 5 when the leg 4 passes through the slot 5a.

In addition, the cover 1 has a protrusion 3 on the opposite side to the covered winding 2, that is, on the outer top, which touches the inner surface of the mold and prevents movement of the winding during resin molding.
There are two locations at regular intervals. Other cover 1
A connecting portion 9 is provided at a certain distance from the lower end surface of the outer edge portion 8 and connects to the lead wire of the winding 2.
and has an external connection terminal for input connected internally to the connection part 9, the winding 2 is covered with molding resin 11, the cover 1 is fixed to the stator core 5, It is resin molded into the shape of the motor outer frame.

In the above configuration, the cover 1 covers a certain portion of the coil end 2a of the winding 2, and the leg portion 4 is inserted into the slot 5a inside the stator core 5 of the winding 2.
At this time, when the claw 7 having elasticity moves inside the slot 5a, it moves while being pressed against the leg part 4 side due to its elasticity, and after passing through the slot 5a of the stator iron core 5, it opens due to its elasticity and the outer edge part 8 and the inner circumference part The cover 1 is fixed in such a way that the stator iron core 5 is sandwiched between the center portion of the cover 1 and the claws 7. The outer edge portion 8 maintains a constant distance between the stator core 5 and the connection portion 9, and can eliminate short circuits between the stator core 5 and the connection portion 9.
Further, the outer edge 8 of the cover 1 also provides insulation between the winding 2 and the connecting portion 9. Further, after the lead wire of the winding wire is connected to the connecting portion 9, there is no need to fix it with a string or the like, and the number of work steps can be reduced. When resin molding is performed in this state, the resin is initially molten under high pressure and high temperature and is injected into the mold toward the claw 7 of the cover 1, but the cover 1 is fixed as described above. Although it is almost fixed to the child iron core 5,
However, there is a slight play (gap) between the fixed parts such as the claw 7 and the outer edge 8, so that it moves slightly due to the large injection pressure.

Therefore, the top of the cover 1 loses its parallelism to the mold, and some parts are thinly filled with resin, while others are exposed, resulting in an uneven resin molded product and a decrease in commercial value. In this case, the present invention is made so that the protrusion 3 comes into contact with the mold, and even if exposed, the area of the protrusion 3 is very small. Further, the winding 2 is located inside the resin end surface by the height of the protrusion 3 and the thickness of the top of the cover 1, and is not always exposed. Furthermore, since the amount of movement is almost eliminated, there is almost no breakdown of the insulation film due to movement between the stator iron core 5 and the winding 2, and there is almost no risk of shortening or disconnection.

FIG. 7 shows a cover showing another embodiment of the present invention, where 12 is one elongated projection provided on the top of the cover 13, and 14 is a connecting wire. In this case, since there are no more than two protrusions, the height of the protrusions can be regulated more accurately, making it easier to take measurements when making the mold. Furthermore, since the wire is coated with an insulating material, it has the effect of reducing the number of wiring parts when used for assembly.

As described above, the resin molded electric motor of the present invention prevents the windings from being exposed, reduces the amount of winding movement, drastically reduces wire breakage, rare shorts, etc., improves mold accuracy when resin molding, and improves work efficiency. This method has a remarkable effect on improving quality stability and workability.
