いて示す。メンブレンバー2と管1の溶接は始端
2aから始めて矢印方向に徐々に移動しながら行
なわれるが、溶接によつて生ずる熱による熱膨張
率が管1とメンブレンバー2とでは相違するこ
と、メンブレンバー2の方が熱応力を受け易いこ
となどが原因で溶接の途中でメンブレンバー2は
符号2bの如く曲折変形する。このためメンブレ
ンバー2を打撃力により水平に伸しながら溶接を
行なわねばならず、通常メンブレンバー打ち込み
用の要員を特別に配置しており不経済であると共
