クリートにストレスを導入する工法に係わる。

従来、トンネルの覆工コンクリートにストレス
を導入しようとする場合、通称「ポストテンシヨ
ン工法」と呼ばれる工法が多く採用されている。
本工法は、あらかじめ緊張材を型枠組立時にトン
ネルの円周方向に配置し、コンクリートの硬化を
待つて緊張材によつてトンネルを縛り上げるよう
な態様でストレスを導入する工法である。

することなどの問題点が指摘されていた。

部より放射状方向に配置された複数のジヤツキに
よつて環径を押し拡げ、コンクリートの硬化を待
つてジヤツキをゆるめ、ストレスを導入する工法
である。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 「プレストレスト工法」を用いてトンネルを
覆工する工法においてトンネル横断方向からみて
型枠と地山の間〓に環状に形成された緊張材をは
め込み、あらかじめ型枠の周面にトンネルの中心
部より放射方向に装着した複数のジヤツキによつ
て、該緊張材をトンネルの放射方向に緊張せしめ
たのち、コンクリートを打設し、コンクリートの
硬化を待つて、ジヤツキをゆるめることによつて
覆工コンクリートにストレスを生じせしめる工
法。 2 ジヤツキの支圧部分に半円状の受け具を設
け、緊張材を保持することを特徴とした特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の覆工コンクリートにストレス
を生じせしめる工法。
