DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a rigid overhead wire for overhead contact lines. Conventional rigid overhead wires have a contact wire gripping device attached to the lower end of a T-shaped frame, and the ends of the T-shaped frames that are connected one after another are welded to the end of the frame to be connected on-site. Ta. Achieving precision in welding locations is never easy. Even when the connection was made with great effort, the welded parts of the contact wires became hardened and localized wear was inevitable in the vicinity.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by combining a pair of rigid overhead wires, which are made up of a conventional T-shaped trestle and an overhead contact line, facing each other and positioning them using a special member.

Examples will be described with reference to the drawings. The rigid overhead wire A is a bar made of extruded copper alloy, and consists of a base 1, a leg 2 protruding at right angles from near one end of the base, and a contact wire portion 3 having a square cross section and connecting to the end of the leg. Becomes,
A rectangular notch is formed on one side of the leg. The outer end of the contact wire portion 3 is shaped like an arc.

Next, the composite overhead wire is made by combining a pair of rigid overhead wires A and B with their rectangular notches facing each other, as shown in FIG. 1, and inserting a block 4 between them to integrate them.
The block 4 is a rectangular parallelepiped with four sides that can be tightly fitted into the opposing rectangular notches of the rigid overhead wires A and B.
Headless bolts 5 are passed through the required locations and fixed, for example, by caulking. Bolt holes corresponding to the protrusions at both ends of the headless bolts 5 are bored in the leg sides of the rigid overhead wires A and B, and the bolt holes are inserted and tightened with nuts 6.
In this case, the left and right rigid overhead wires A and B are arranged so that their respective ends are alternated in the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. Most preferably, one end is longitudinally centered on the other.

In the present invention configured as described above, the left and right rigid overhead wires are the same. The opposing rigid overhead wires are perfectly positioned by the fitting of the blocks, so there is no need to take pains to ensure the accuracy of the connection. Can be assembled without welding. Since the contact wire is made in one piece, there is no need to assemble it. Since the ends of the left and right rigid overhead wires are connected alternately, hardening due to welding does not occur, and local wear of the contact wires that occurs with conventional products does not occur. Overall costs can be reduced significantly. The above are the features of the present invention.
