In general, this type of life preserver is made of a non-breathable cloth material such as nylon rubber-coated cloth, and is required to have a donut-shaped bag body, and the interior is divided into two air chambers for safety reasons. The structure of the two air chambers is formed by stacking three cloth materials of the same shape and bonding the inner peripheral edge and the outer peripheral edge, so that the two air chambers are stacked one above the other. A cut case (carbon dioxide gas filling device) is connected to each of these air chambers, and an auxiliary air supply rubber tube is attached to each of the air chambers, so that each air chamber can be filled with gas.

In the configuration of the conventional example, the reason for having two air chambers from the viewpoint of safety is that even if one air chamber is ruptured, the floating state can be maintained in the other air chamber. A major cause of breakage is that the tip of a nail or other object often gets caught on or pierces a sharp member. There is a big problem in terms of safety because the parts break through two air chambers at once.

In addition, as mentioned above, conventional life preservers are made of three layers of cloth that are glued together, so the glued parts are thicker overall, and when folded for storage, the rigidity of the glued parts makes it smaller and more compact. There is also the problem that it cannot be folded.

As a specific means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a pair of independent bags each having a substantially figure-9 planar shape by connecting a body part and an annular part, and each body part has a ring-like part. A cut case and an auxiliary air supply rubber pipe are attached, the bag body is brought into a symmetrical state, and the ring-shaped parts are overlapped, and the overlapped ring-shaped parts are connected at a plurality of places using locking members so as not to be separated. A lifesaving device is provided in which a pair of bags are formed separately, the ring-shaped parts of the bags are overlapped, and the trunks are connected with each other separated, so that one bag can be penetrated. Even if the bag is torn, it will not affect the other bag in any way, and the ring-shaped part will continue to support the head, making it highly safe, and since the adhesive part is double-layered, it is thin and flexible. Since it can be formed into a compact shape, it can be folded compactly.

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. The life saving device of the present invention is composed of two separate bags 1 and 2 having the same shape. This bag body is formed by cutting a non-breathable cloth material into approximately the same shape, and the body portions 3 and 4 and the ring portions 5 and 6 are connected to each other, and the planar shape is approximately in the shape of the number 9. Ru. and,
Both bags are made by overlapping two cloth materials and bonding the peripheral edges to form a bag each having an independent air chamber, and each bag has a cut case 7 in its body 3 and 4. , 8 and auxiliary air supply rubber tubes 9, 10 are attached, and the cut case is filled with compressed liquid carbon dioxide. By opening the valves of the cut cases 7 and 8 by pulling strings 7a and 8a, respectively, the liquid is released. It is configured so that carbon dioxide gas evaporates and inflates each bag body 1, 2. The components of this type of gas filling device are substantially the same as those commonly used.

The bags 1 and 2 are positioned symmetrically, the ring parts 5 and 6 are stacked vertically, and the body parts 3 and 4 are positioned adjacent to each other, and the overlapped ring parts 5 and 6 are They are connected at a plurality of locations by the locking member 11 so as not to be separated. in this case,
The locking member 11 is attached to the outer circumferential surfaces of the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6 in a bridge state, and members such as snaps or Velcro fasteners are attached to both ring-shaped parts 5 and 6, and the locking member 11 is attached to the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6 through these members.
is installed. At least one locking member 11a is attached so as to wrap around the outer peripheral surfaces of both ring-shaped parts 5 and 6.

After both bags 1 and 2 are connected as described above, mounting belts 12 and 13 are attached to the back side as shown in FIG. 4. This wearing belt can have various structures, but as shown in the figure, the wearing belt 12 that is fastened to the waist is attached to the bag 1,
A mounting belt 13 that is fastened from the shoulders to the waist is attached to the mounting belt 12 from near the base of the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6 to prevent both trunks from opening outward. There is. The attachment of such a mounting belt can be changed as desired, as long as the bag can be stably attached to the upper half of the human body when the life preserver is attached. In the figure, the inner circular hole 14 formed by the annular portions 5 and 6 is large enough to comfortably fit the head of a human body.

As shown in FIG. 5, the life preserver of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration is such that the head is inserted into the circular hole 14 formed by the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6, and the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6 are positioned at the neck and shoulders. At the same time, the body parts 3 of the bags 1 and 2,
4 are placed on both sides of the chest with attachment belts 12 and 13. After the attachment, the strings 7a and 8a of the cut cases 7 and 8 are attached.
By pulling strongly, liquid carbon dioxide gas rapidly vaporizes and fills both bags 1 and 2, so that they have a predetermined swell. If the amount of carbon dioxide gas is small and the planned expansion cannot be achieved, the auxiliary air supply rubber tube 9,
Air is blown into each of the bags 1 and 2 from 10 to inflate them. The life preserver, which has been inflated to a predetermined value, is placed on the chest, neck, and back of the head, keeping the human body suspended in an ideal state. In particular, the ring-shaped parts 5 and 6 are located at the back of the head and form a pillow-like shape, making it easy to breathe and maintaining a posture that does not cause fatigue.

As explained above, the life preserver according to the present invention is formed of a pair of independent bags each having a substantially figure-9 planar shape in plan, consisting of a body portion and a ring-shaped portion, so that the two air chambers are completely divided into left and right sides. in a state of independence,
Only the ring-shaped part is doubled, so even if the body of one of the bags is torn through,
The other bag body is not affected in any way, and only one ring-shaped part supports the back of the head and has the excellent effect of allowing the user to float in a stable state.

In addition, since the pair of bags have approximately the same shape, it is possible to mass-produce items with the same shape by cutting and gluing the cloth materials, and when connecting these bags, the mounting positions of other members can be set arbitrarily. This not only improves the overall manufacturing workability and can be provided at low cost, but also has an excellent economical effect, as if one bag is torn, only that torn bag needs to be replaced. play.

Furthermore, since the ring-shaped parts connected to the torso are overlapped and locked by the locking member, they are well connected and bunched together, and furthermore, the ring-shaped parts form a pillow-like shape that supports the back of the head, allowing the human body to be placed in a supine position. It also has the excellent effect of being able to float stably.

Furthermore, since most of the adhesive parts of the bag are double-layered, they are thin and flexible, so there is no rigidity when folding, and the bag can be folded compactly for storage.
