発明が解決しようとする問題点

ト及び時間を要し、コストダウンが容易でないこ

本発明者等は従来方式の種々のデメリツトを解
決すべく種々検討、実験の結果本発明支持方法の
開発に成功したものであり、本発明の技術的構成
は前記特許請求の範囲各項に明記したとおりであ
り、即ち、本発明では不定形耐火物を流込み、養
生して、硬化させて脱枠後、断熱材にボルトの一
端を挿入してアンカー煉瓦又はサポート煉瓦の開
孔部へネジ止めし、他端をワツシヤーを介してナ
ツトでネジ止めして、断熱材を支持するものであ
る。アンカー煉瓦又はサポート煉瓦の取付け間隔
は不定形耐火物の施工厚みあるいは構造により、

ボルトの他方端部の係止具により前記断熱材を支
持することを特徴とする、窯炉天井断熱材の支持
