A formwork with anchor bolts bent arbitrarily at one end to fix the washer and prevent it from pulling out is installed, and monolithic refractories are poured in, cured, and cured, then the formwork is removed and the insulation material is installed. The present invention provides a method for supporting a ceiling heat insulating material, which is characterized in that the anchor bolt, which has a sharp tip, is inserted into the anchor bolt and fixed with a washer and a nut.

「パイロ・ブロツク」(商品名)が好適である。 The heat insulating material is, for example, a ceramic fiber blanket or a ceramic module made by laminating small pieces of felt and molded to a predetermined size, and the direction in which the fibers are arranged is perpendicular to the furnace wall. "Pyro Block" (trade name), which is commercially available from the applicant company, is suitable.

A formwork 11 is installed in which one end is bent into an arbitrary shape, the other end is threaded, and an anchor bolt 8 with a sharp tip is attached. The means for installing the formwork 11 is a method commonly used for pouring castable refractories, and examples thereof are shown in schematic cross-sectional views in FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG. 6 shows a method of supporting the formwork 11 using the support frame 12, and FIG. 7 shows a method of supporting the formwork 11 using the support frame 12. FIG. hanging,

80A) is first poured to a thickness of 150mm, and after curing, it is further poured into lightweight castable 5 (for example, the product of the applicant company).
LCT-30) was poured to a thickness of 100 mm and cured, and then
Insulating boards (MG boards) 6 with a thickness of 25 mm were arranged. After that, the formwork was removed, and four sheets of 50mm thick insulation material (600mm x 6000mm) were stacked on the anchor bolts and stuck at intervals of 250mm in the furnace width direction and 170mm in the furnace length direction, and the washer 10' and nut 10 is attached to the anchor bolt 8, thereby creating a structure in which the heat insulating material block 7 is fixed and supported.

As long as the frame is removed after curing, the insulating material can be inserted into the anchor bolt and supported using washers and nuts without having to drill holes in the lining or drive anchors. The installation interval of anchor bolts varies depending on the shape, structure, or thickness of the insulation material, but is approximately 100 to 500 mm.

(Dust generation during boring, falling drilling debris, vibration propagation to hands, etc. are eliminated.) (2) The work of drilling holes and driving anchors into the lining after removing the frame can be omitted, reducing construction time. and construction costs were reduced by approximately 20%.
