本発明は避難用シユートにおける床板の製法に
係わり、更に詳しくは螺旋状に構成される避難用
シユートの床板が簡単に製造できる方法に関す

本発明はこのような製造上の問題点に鑑みてな
されたもので、定盤上に求めた避難用シユートの
現寸大の平面透影図の内周カーブおよび外周カー
ブ上に柱を所定間隔毎に立設し、内周カーブに沿
わせた柱群と、外周カーブに沿わせた柱群に
夫々、各柱の位置の、計算で求めた避難用シユー
トの高さに合せて桁材を固着すると共に、両桁材
間に梁材を固着して受型作成用骨組を構成し、次
いで前記骨組の桁、梁材上に受型作成材を敷設
し、該受型作成材に、前記桁材に沿つて型取りを
行うことにより受型を作成し、然る後前記受型の
形状を床板材に転写、截断することを特徴とする
避難用シユートにおける床材の製法であつて、そ
の目的とする所は、設置場所に正しく合致する床
板を簡単に製造できる方法を提供することにあ

め、この高さh1,h2…に合せて、桁材4を固着す
ると共に、両柱群3,の桁材4,4間に梁材5,
5を梁設して、柱群3、桁材4および梁材5によ
る受型作成用骨組6を完成する。上記において各
柱3の位置における避難用シユートの高さh1,h2
…は図学的に求めるもので、螺旋方向の傾斜およ
径方向の傾斜が所望の角度で得られるように正確

と、外周カーブに沿わせた柱群に夫々、各柱の位
置に対応する避離用シユートの高さに合せて桁材
を固着すると共に、両桁材間に梁材を固着して受
型作成用骨組を構成し、次いで前記骨組の桁、梁
材上に受型作成材を敷設し、該受型作成材に前記
桁材に沿つて型取りを行うことにより受型を作成
し、然る後前記受型の形状を床板材に転写、截断
することを特徴とする方法であるので、避難用シ
ユートを構成する為の床板を、実寸大に正確に合
致させて、しかも簡単に製造できる効果があり、
この結果として、避難用シユートを組立てる場合
に、この床板に対して無理な力を与える必要も無
く、又各部の微調整も不要にできるので、組立作
業も短時間で容易に行うことができるなど波及効

敷設し、該受型作成材に前記桁材に沿つて型取り
を行うことにより受型を作成し、然る後前記受型
の形状を床板材に転写、截断することを特徴とし
た避難用シユートにおける床板の製法。 2 受型作成材は、複数の板材とし、受型作成用
