Because of this, they not only have low impact resistance against contact with fishing boats and driftwood, but also cannot withstand the harsh waves of the open ocean for long periods of time, causing them to break and be washed away within one to two years.

The floating body of the scraping device has an arbitrary shape such as a polygon such as a hexagon or an octagon, or a circle or an ellipse.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a pipe-shaped shaft made of a hard material with corrosion resistance and high strength such as stainless steel or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and has female threads 2a screwed on both ends. Accordingly, a protrusion 2b for preventing the core material 3 from slipping, which will be described later, is provided at a predetermined portion of the outer peripheral surface, such as near the end or the middle portion. 3 is coated on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 2 and is integrated into the shaft 2. For example, the specific gravity is
The core material is made of polyurethane foam material having rigid or semi-rigid closed cells of 0.02 to 0.30.
4 is a material with high corrosion resistance and high corrosion resistance, such as stainless steel or hard plastic material, which is embedded in the core material 3 made of polyurethane foam material and partially reinforces the outer surface of the core material 3 and the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material 5, which will be described later. 5 is a glass fiber reinforced plastic material which is integrated with the core material 3 and the reinforcing rib material 4 by covering the entire outer surface of the core material 3 and the reinforcing rib material 4. It is. Reference numeral 6 denotes an eye bolt screwed onto female threads 2a screwed on both ends of the shaft 2, and the eye bolt 6 scrapes the surfaces of the seabed, underwater rocks, reefs, etc. and adheres to these four surfaces. A scraping chain 7 is attached for scraping off algae, sludge, shellfish excrement, spores of seaweed such as kelp, and substances that inhibit the implantation of young abalone shellfish. Reference numeral 8 denotes an anchor attached to the scraping chain 7, which prevents the scraping device from flowing out.

A scraping chain 7 is attached to the shaft, and an anchor 8 is attached to one side of the scraping chain 7 to form a scraping device. When this abrasion device is thrown into the sea, the floating body 1 of the abrasion device rises to the sea surface, the abrasion chain 7 and the anchor 8 sink into the sea, and the anchor 8 is attached to the seabed. 1 from flowing out, and the extra length of the scraping chain 7 lies on the rocks, reefs, etc. on the seabed. When the floating body 1 of the scraping device floats on the sea surface in such a state due to ocean currents, wind, waves, etc., the scraping chain 7 connected to the floating body 1 of the scraping device also moves and touches the seabed or underwater rock. It scrapes off the surfaces of rocks and reefs, etc., and removes things that are attached to these surfaces, such as algae, sludge, and shellfish excrement, that inhibit the settlement of seaweed spores such as kelp, and young abalone shellfish. be.

Since the core material 3 made of polyurethane foam exists inside the fiber-reinforced plastic material 5, the core material 3 cushions the impact on the glass fiber-reinforced plastic material 5, making it difficult for the glass fiber-reinforced plastic material 5 to be damaged. Even if the fiber-reinforced plastic material 5 is damaged, the core material 3 can prevent seawater from entering the inside of the floating body 1 of the scrubbing device, so it can be used semi-permanently.
