かかつていた。 As shown in Figure 1, the conventional curtain wall installation method involves hoisting curtain wall a to the outside, moving it toward the building (in the direction of the arrow in the figure), and fixing it with anchor bolts b, etc. A space for lifting is required, and since the curtain wall a is suspended by a wire c or the like, it is difficult to prevent the curtain wall a from swinging during hanging, which may cause damage to the curtain wall a. Furthermore, in general, the overlapping parts of curtain walls a are made to have a higher inner side and are polymerized in order to provide a waterproof effect. Therefore, in order to remove a particular curtain wall a, it is necessary to remove the upper curtain wall a in sequence. This required a great deal of time and effort.

It was subject to restrictions.

They were not able to make any changes, and they were not necessarily satisfied with the results.

る。 This invention eliminates the aforementioned problems found in the existing curtain wall installation methods, and allows the curtain wall to be installed entirely from the building side without requiring external scaffolding when installing the curtain wall. Curtain wall installation that does not hinder installation even if there is a problem, and can replace any curtain wall, and dramatically improves the efficiency and construction accuracy of each work even without hanging or outside work space. In addition to providing a construction method, we also provide a multilayer curtain wall that is optimal for the installation method of the curtain wall, and that can separate the requirements that the external wall should have and the requirements that should be added into the constituent members, which are not found in existing curtain walls. The purpose is to provide

Reference numerals 2 and 2' denote guide rails having an L-shaped cross section and fixed to the recesses on both sides of the base steel frame 1, and a groove-shaped guide portion 3 is constituted by both of them. The base steel frame 1 has notches 1b cut out at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the outer skin 1a, which is the outside of the building, and the guide rails 2 and 2' also have cutouts 1b cut out at the same intervals to correspond to the cutouts 1b. and a horizontal support member through hole 2c slightly below it,
2'c are bored in each case. The base steel frames 1 constructed in this manner are provided at appropriate locations on the outer periphery of the building at equal intervals. Next, in Figure 4,
Reference numeral 4 designates a substantially rectangular double curtain wall, consisting of an outer panel 4a, an inner panel 4b, and a connecting material 4c that joins these two together. There are an appropriate number of protrusions 4d at appropriate locations, and a through hole 4e for a set bolt is formed in each of the protrusions 4d.

In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, a through hole 5a is formed in a horizontal support member 5 having a substantially L-shaped longitudinal section, and horizontal support member through holes 2c and 2'c are formed in guide rails 2 and 2', respectively. and was fixed with bolt 6. after that,
The double curtain wall 4 is suspended with a wire rope 7 as shown in the figure, and is gently slid down so that the projections 4d are accommodated in the opposing guide parts 3. Next, as shown in Fig. 5, screw the adjusting bolt 8 into the adjusting bolt through holes 2b, 2'b,
Adjust the entrance and exit of the outer panel 4a, and once the adjustment is completed, open the set bolt through hole 4 drilled in the protrusion 4d.
The double curtain wall 4 is fixed by inserting the set bolts 9 into the set bolt through holes 2a and 2'a bored in the guide rails 2 and 2'.

The double curtain wall 4 is dropped on top of it and stacked in the same way. That is, each double curtain wall 4 is independently supported by the horizontal support member 5. By carrying out the above-mentioned installation work, the wall configuration of the building using the double curtain wall 4 is completed.

A removal hole 4f is drilled in the protrusion 4d on the inner panel 4b of the double curtain wall 4, and a removal bolt 10 is inserted into the hole 4f and pulled outward. Stretch. In this way, the projection 4d can pass through the notch 1b without any obstruction and the double curtain wall 4 can be pulled out, and then all that is needed is to suspend it with the appropriate wire 11 and remove it. In this case, it is necessary to remove the set bolts 9 in advance, but as mentioned above, each double curtain wall 4 is supported independently by the horizontal support member 5, so each double curtain wall Any one piece can be removed every 4.

極めて簡単であり、かつ微調整が可能である。 As described above, the curtain wall installation method according to the present invention allows the installation and removal of the curtain wall (the double curtain wall 4 in the above embodiment) to be performed extremely quickly and easily. Furthermore, during installation, even if there is some shaking when the double curtain wall 4 is suspended with the wire rope 7, once the protrusion 4d is placed in the guide part 3, the shaking will naturally subside and the rest will remain as it is. Because all you have to do is lower it down, there is very little damage to the curtain wall compared to conventional curtain wall installation methods. Furthermore, each curtain wall (double curtain wall 4) is supported and fixed independently, and there are no overlapping parts as in the conventional case, so it is possible to remove and replace only one of the curtain walls. Moreover, each of these operations does not particularly require outside scaffolding, and each of the above operations can be performed satisfactorily even in the narrow space of a building. Moreover, according to the above embodiment, each outer panel 4a can be moved in and out by simply adjusting the adjustment bolt 8.
It is extremely simple and allows fine adjustment.
防水処理の施工も簡単にかつ確実に行える。 Waterproofing treatment can also be carried out easily and reliably.

Fix the inner panel 4b, the waterproof plate 12, and the inner panel 4.
Packing material 13 between b and guide rails 2 and 2'
All you have to do is fill it with water to form a waterproof surface. That is, according to the present invention, a waterproof surface can be easily formed inside the inner panel 4b without requiring special skills. Therefore, since the waterproof surface is not directly exposed to wind and rain, the waterproof material can be freely selected, construction is easy, and durability can be ensured.
Post-construction inspections and repairs can also be easily carried out using internal scaffolding or floors inside the building.
