That is, a container a is manufactured using a vacuum forming machine made of plastic, mainly vinyl chloride resin, and 20 to 30 individual packages b containing soup, sauce, ingredients, etc. are packed by hand into the container a, and preprinted and ruled. Insert the processed and punched paperboard cover c to cover the individual package b stored as shown in d, and insert the four flaps c 1 of the cover c to the inner surface of the side wall of the PVC container (tray) a. Then, the lid c and the container a are glued together with cellophane tape e, and the container is distributed. B is a cross-sectional explanatory view of a container secured with tape (individual packaging b is omitted from the figure).

Sales efficiency is declining. The current situation is that the packaging is changed to a container by clearly displaying the company's name, but there are also problems in that the packaging cost is high and the container loses its cosmetic or advertising properties, especially after the lid is opened.

The heat-shrinkable plastic film cylindrical body may be formed by heat-sealing both side edges of a film sheet into a cylindrical shape, or a tube-shaped body may also be used from the beginning. FIG. 1 is a process diagram showing a method for manufacturing a package according to the present invention. A is a long cylindrical body of heat-shrinkable plastic film, and in step A, it is cut into a predetermined size, that is, longer than the height of the mold 2. Manufacture. Next, in step (b), the tube 1 is placed over a predetermined mold 2. The shape of the mold 2 is a truncated cone or a truncated pyramid, which is convenient for inserting a large number of individual packages and for taking out the individual packages. Next, in step C, the heat-shrinkable plastic film tube 1 is passed through a heat-shrinkable tunnel T shown in FIG. C is an endless conveyor, on which a large number of molds 2 are mounted at predetermined intervals. The hot air inside the tunnel is heated at 80°C to 120°C if the heat-shrinkable plastic film is made of vinyl chloride, or 120° to 130°C if it is made of polypropylene or polyethylene. A primary molded body 3 is formed by heat-shrinking and leaving a partially unshrinked portion that follows the outer shape of the mold. Here, since the lower part 4 (not shown) of the mold is suppressed from shrinking, an unshrinkable open part is formed. In step 2, when removed from the mold 2 and moved up and down, the upper part opens slightly outward, and at this stage, a large number of individual packages 5 containing articles are arranged mechanically (or manually) from the upper opening. Insert it and it will be in the state shown below. In the next step, another tube approximately shown in FIG. 2 is passed through a similar heat-shrinking tunnel T' shown in FIG. 3 [ ]. The frame mold 2' in this case is mounted on a conveyor C' similar to that shown in FIG.
It is set so that it appears above the mold 2'. In this process, the individual packages 5 are assembled and the whole is tightly enclosed within the heat-shrinkable plastic film, and the product B
It can be done.

It is also possible to increase the stability of the product.

Note that FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the external appearance of a package B made according to the present invention, which has perforations m.

In addition, it is easy to print on the sides, allowing for high quality printing, and it is easy to open, especially if perforated. In addition, since the top and bottom portions are thicker, the package has a good balance of strength as desired. This package has increased the retail volume of individual packages containing sauces and ingredients for ramen, soba, udon, eel, etc., and is excellent in terms of display effect in stores and ease of removal.
