チエーン・ステイに係合するものであり、中央の
突起8は立パイプ(これは自転車のシートに連結
する)に係合し、下方の突起9は下パイプに係合
するものであり、矢印で示す貫通孔にはペダルの
クランク軸が嵌合する。
