Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は杉柄等の転写単板を生産する工程にお
ける転写シートの剥離方法に関し、その要旨とす
るところは単板1の表面に付着させられた転写シ
ート2の端部にホツトメルト接着剤3を滴下した
後、この単板1をホツトメルト接着剤3滴下側よ
りシート巻取りロール4とピンチロール5間に送
込み、ホツトメルト接着剤3により転写シート2
をシート巻取りロール4に接着させて単板1から
剥離させると共にシート巻取りロール4に巻取ら
せることを特徴とする転写シートの剥離方法にあ

業者が2名必要な上、均一に剥離出来ず、シート
破損を生じ、フリツチの成形時に接着不良を生じ

図に示すように、ホツトメルト接着剤3がシート
巻取りロール4の周面に接着して転写シート2が
端からシート巻取りロール4に巻取られてゆき、
単板1から転写シート2が剥離される。これによ
り単板1の表面には転写シート2により杉柄等の
模様が転写される。7はシート巻取りロール4を
一定圧でピンチロール5に押圧する定加圧用シリ
ンダーであり、シート巻取りロール4に転写シー
ト2が巻取られてゆくに従つて次第に上昇してゆ
く。8は単板1を抑えて浮上りを防止するガイド
板であり、これにより単板1は前方へ押出され
る。又、単板1はシート巻取りロール4とピンチ
ロール5間に手で押し込まれるものであつても良
く、シート巻取りロール4又はピンチロール5が

り返さなければならないが、本実施例は転写シー
トの剥離と単板の反転とを一度に実施しようとす
るものである。すなわち、9は単板1の先端を検
知するための検知センサー、10は反転ガイド、
11は糊、12はロールコータ、13はプレス、
14はロールコータ挿入テーブル、15もテーブ
ルである。しかして、検知センサー9により単板
1の先端を検知してホツトメルトガン6により転
写シート2の先端にホツトメルト接着剤3を滴下
し、シート巻取りロール4により転写シート2を
巻き取ると同時に反転ガイド10に沿つて単板1
を反転させ、ロールコータ12により単板1裏面
に糊11を塗布した後プレス13へ送り込むので
ある。尚、この装置においては、ホツトメルトガ
ン6を用いず、第5図に示すように自動両面テー
プ貼付装置16を用いたものであつても差支えな

と共にシート巻取りロールに巻取らせているか
ら、転写シートはシート巻取りロールとピンチロ
ールとの間に挾み込まれた状態で端から剥されて
ゆき、単板より均一に剥離でき、転写シートに破
損を生じずフリツチ成形時に接着不良を生じない
という利点があり、又、剥された転写シートはシ
ート巻取りロールに巻取られるので邪魔にならな
いものである。更に、剥離作業を迅速に行なえて
作業性を向上でき、省人化を図ることができる利
