第に幅を狭くしたテーパ状にしてもよい。 In the first embodiment shown in Figs. 2 to 6, the back of one of the two grooves 4, 4 of the fin ray 3 reaches the outer surface of the contact wall 2, but the back of the other reaches in front of the outer surface of the contact wall. at the ends, maintaining a spacing between them approximately equal to the thickness of the contact wall 1 of the longitudinal member. The deep end of the kerf that reaches the outer surface of the contact wall communicates with a transverse groove 7 that extends halfway along the outer surface of the contact wall toward the other kerf. The width of this groove 7 may be equal to the thickness of the contact wall 1 of the stringer, or as shown, it may be equal to the thickness of the contact wall 1 of the stringer at one end but gradually narrows towards the other end. It may be tapered.

る。 As a result, as mentioned above, the contact wall 1 of both materials V and H,
After the two pieces are brought into contact at right angles, the corner part 5' where the cut grooves 4 and grooves 7 of the intermediate piece 5 intersect is cut with a tool from the open end of the vertical member and twisted to perform the connection. . In this case, as described above, if the width of the groove 7 is gradually narrowed to a tapered shape and is set to be smaller than the thickness of the contact wall 1 of the vertical member, the narrow edge of this groove becomes the contact wall 1 of the vertical member. It bites into the inner surface of the tube to increase the strength of the connection.

An auxiliary fin ray 3' is provided parallel to the fin ray 3.
Then, in this auxiliary fin ray 3', a notch 3a having the same width as the contact wall 1 of the vertical member is formed at the same position as the kerfs 4, 4 of the fin ray 3, and grooves 4, 4, and an intermediate piece 5 are formed. At the same time, the vertical members are fitted into the notches 3a by forming them at the same time,
It is possible to more effectively prevent the vertical members from moving and rattling along the horizontal members.

In this embodiment, they are formed except for the joints with the side walls v, v, that is, in accordance with the spacing between the opposite sides of the side walls. As mentioned above, this slit 6 cannot be formed by sawing, so it is formed by pressing. Since this slit remains at the joint with both side walls,
It is superior to sawing in that it does not reduce the strength of the vertical members.

Keeping distance. Similarly, between the intermediate piece 5 and the contact wall 2 of the horizontal member, there is maintained a distance equal to or slightly narrower than the thickness of the contact wall 1 of the vertical member, and a gap is placed at the back of the two grooves 4, 4. A communicating transverse cut 8,8 is formed. Therefore, in this embodiment, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. A bending connection can be made.

Since it is strongly pressed and fixed, there is no vertical angle between the two materials.
There is no gap between the two pieces, which allows the two pieces to be connected without any wobbling. At the same time, because the intermediate piece protrudes into the slit of the longitudinal piece, the longitudinal piece cannot move vertically relative to the cross piece, and the cut groove The vertical members cannot move laterally either due to the edges of the adjacent fin rays 3.

空縦材と横材の交叉連結方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A method for cross-connecting hollow vertical members and horizontal members in which the hollow vertical members and the horizontal members are brought into contact with each other at their contact walls, and are fixed in that state, wherein the contact wall of the horizontal members includes: A series of fin rays are provided whose tips protrude toward the hollow longitudinal member, and a lateral slit corresponding to the thickness of the fin ray is formed in the contact wall of the hollow longitudinal member. Two kerfs are formed in the fin rays at the positions where the hollow longitudinal members are connected, passing through both side walls of the hollow longitudinal members from the tip toward the cross members, and the space between these kerfs is used as an intermediate piece. The piece is provided with a horizontal groove extending halfway from the depth of one or both of the kerfs along the outer surface of the contact wall of the cross member, and the intermediate piece of the fin ray is inserted into the hollow part through the slit of the hollow longitudinal member. At the same time, insert both side walls of the hollow vertical member into the two grooves in the fin rays so that the contact walls of both members cross and contact each other, and then twist the intermediate piece within the hollow part of the vertical member and A method for cross-connecting hollow longitudinal members and cross members, characterized in that the edges of the transverse grooves facing the contact walls of the members are brought into contact with the inner surfaces of the contact walls of the longitudinal members. 2. A method for cross-connecting hollow vertical members and cross-members according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal groove provided in the intermediate piece is tapered. 3. In the method of cross-connecting hollow vertical members and horizontal members in which the hollow vertical members and the horizontal members are brought into contact with each other at their contact walls and are fixed in that state, the contact wall of the horizontal member has its tip connected to the hollow vertical member. A series of fin rays protruding toward the horizontal member is provided, and a lateral slit corresponding to the thickness of the fin ray is formed in the contact wall of the hollow longitudinal member, and a hollow longitudinal member is provided in the fin ray of the horizontal member. At the position where the members are connected, two grooves passing through both side walls of the hollow vertical member are formed from the tip toward the cross member, and the space between these grooves is used as an intermediate piece. A cut is made along the outer surface of the contact wall, and the intermediate piece of the fin ray is inserted into the hollow part through the slit of the hollow longitudinal member, and at the same time, both side walls of the hollow longitudinal member are inserted into the two grooves of the fin ray. The contact walls of the two members are crossed and brought into contact with each other, and then the intermediate piece is twisted within the hollow part of the longitudinal member, and the edge of the cut is brought into contact with the inner surface of the contact wall of the longitudinal member. Method of cross-connecting timbers and cross members.
