本発明は小型ワンウエイクラツチ組立工程にお
けるローラー寄せ板バネの装着方法に関するもの

及びローラー5を数ケ所に具備する本体4に外輪
11が嵌め込まれた構成になつている。外輪11
の内径部は多角形状となつており、挿入軸12と
ローラー径の相互の関係が予め決められ、該ロー
ラー5に接する軸12の回転方向に依つて、ロー
ラー5が軸12に対して外輪内径部に「噛み込
み」又は「開放」のいずれかの状態になり、クラ
ツチ作用を行う。この際、軸12が「噛み込み」
の方向に回転した場合、軸→ローラー→外輪との
接触をより確実にするために、ローラーを一定方
向に付勢して押し付ける機能を持つ板バネを配置

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本発明にかかるワンウエイクラツチのローラー
寄せ板バネ装着方法は、板バネ素材をその一定部
位にて連続させこれらを引揃えて櫛形板状体とし
て供給する手段と、該板バネ素材から個々の板バ
ネを順次切断する手段と、板バネのネスト部を具
備するクラツチ本体供給を前記板バネ供給手段及
び切断手段と板バネ挿入位置にて同期させる手段
と、該板バネをネスト部に挿入する手段とで構成

S字形に折り曲げてあり、他端には自動送りの
際、定ピツチ送りができる様スプロケツトとの係
合溝3が設けられている。この素材2はバネ形
状、即ちこの例ではS字形になる所定の部位で切

次に、挿入プレツシヤー9が下降し、切り離さ
れた板バネ1を下方に押し進める。板バネ1はガ
イドチヤンネル8の側面で挾圧されており、待機
しているクラツチのネスト部10まで円滑に進み
挿入が完了される。(第2図b)板バネ切断後の
素材2は、板状体のまま切断=挿入装置外に引き

(発明の効果)
本発明方法では、従来法のように板バネを個々
に切り離された部品とせずに、櫛形板状体の素材
として自動供給し、さらに切断、挿入を連続して
行うことにより、作業の自動化及び高能率化が達
成され、小型ワンウエイクラツチの組立工程にお
