線条8間の中間位置には前記高電圧発生器7に接
続されないで電気的に絶縁された導電性線条8′
を設け、前記高電圧発生器7の極を前記接地極
5に接続して、導電性線条8から電気力線9が接
地極5に向かい発生するように構成したものであ
