していた。 Conventionally, this type of temperature fuse is usually installed near the rear of the iron base for reasons such as wiring. However, in the dry case, the temperature distribution on the base surface is almost uniform, whereas in the case of blowing out steam, the base is cooled by the water supplied from the water tank, so the thermostat remains ON continuously. become. Furthermore, since the water dripping position is generally from the center of the base to the front, the temperature at the rear of the base tends to be higher than the temperature at the center of the base. Therefore, when the temperature fuse is attached to the rear of the base as described above, there is a drawback that when steam is ejected, the temperature at the rear of the base rises rapidly, so that the temperature fuse tends to melt, that is, malfunction.

ている。 The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and embodiments thereof will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the figure, 1 is a base in which a heater 2 is buried, 3 is a vaporization chamber formed in the base 1, 4 is a water channel that communicates the vaporization chamber 3 with a water tank 5, and 6 is a thermostat attached to the upper part of the base 1. , the temperature sensor part 7 is mounted on the base 1,
It is connected in series with heater 2. A temperature fuse 8 is connected in series to the main circuit composed of the heater 2 and the thermostat 6, and is installed near the water channel 4 or in contact with the water channel 4.

することはなくなる。 In the above configuration, for example, even if the temperature fuse 8 is installed in the vicinity where the temperature rises such that the thermostat 6 is continuously turned ON when steam is ejected, the temperature fuse 8 cannot be installed as shown in FIG. When installed near or in contact with the water channel 4, the temperature of the temperature fuse 8 itself decreases due to the cooling effect of the water flowing in the water channel 4 when steam is ejected, and the temperature of the temperature fuse 8 decreases compared to the rated operating temperature of the same temperature fuse 8. The difference, so-called margin, increases, and malfunctions no longer occur.
