It is something.

Another drawback was that it was hard and could easily slip on smooth surfaces.

物h2を注入充填した靴底が開発されている。 For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13,
A reinforcing space b consisting of a through hole, a recessed part, or a partially cut out part is provided in a part of the sole main body a made of natural or synthetic leather that is easily worn.
After applying the adhesive e to the joint surfaces c and d of the reinforcing member, a reinforcing member made of a highly abrasion-resistant, soft and anti-slip material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, composite resin, or a mixture thereof is applied. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 14, a liquid urethane compound h1 that hardens to a hardness required for a shoe sole is injected and filled into the sole of the shoe into which the member f is fitted and bonded, and into the reinforcing space b, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 14. 15 to 1
As shown in FIG. 7, a shoe sole has been developed in which a reinforcing member f is disposed in a reinforcing space b, and a liquid urethane compound h2 is injected and filled between the joint surfaces thereof.

れる欠点がある。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when the reinforcing member f is simply fitted into the reinforcing space b of the bottom main body a and bonded, the outline shapes of the reinforcing space b and the reinforcing member f are Due to the mismatch, the gap between the bonding surfaces is not constant, and a wide gap and a narrow gap are formed, and the bonding surfaces in the narrow gap area are reliably bonded to each other, but the bonding surfaces in the wide gap area are not bonded. It begins to form a gap. In this way, it is not possible to compensate for the discrepancy in the surface shape of the adhesive surfaces with an extremely thin film of adhesive e, and the work becomes laborious and the adhesion is insufficient, and the adhesive e itself is hard and difficult to stretch. In addition, the adhesive edge area is small, so when the sole bends,
There is a drawback that the reinforcing member f may be peeled off from the bottom main body a because the concentrated unreasonable force applied to the adhesive portion of the end face cannot be sufficiently absorbed.

欠点がある。 In addition, in the case where the reinforcing space b is injected and filled with the liquid urethane compound h1 which becomes the reinforcing member and cured to a predetermined hardness, there is no need to apply adhesive, so the bottom main body a and the reinforcing material Although it has the advantage of being easy to connect with other parts, the reinforcing member itself formed by injection filling is required to have enough hardness as the bottom member, which reduces elongation and requires a narrow joint end area. Because of this, when the sole is bent, it is not possible to absorb the excessive force that is concentrated on the joint, and therefore, as mentioned above,
There is a drawback that the reinforcing member may be peeled off from the bonded portion.

剥離され易くなる欠点がある。 Furthermore, in the case where the reinforcing member f is arranged in the reinforcing space b and the liquid urethane compound h2 is injected and filled between the joint surfaces of the two, the bottom main body a and the reinforcing member f are
The reinforcing member f is placed in the reinforcing space b so that the two parts are bonded only by the liquid urethane compound h2, which has a weak bonding force, and the spaces in which the liquid urethane compound h2 is injected and filled are spaced at regular intervals. Since it is difficult to arrange the reinforcing member f, the width of the injection space is wide and narrow, and the reinforcing member f is arranged in the reinforcing space b formed by the through hole or the partial cutting of the end portion. When the compound h2 is injected and filled (see Fig. 16), only the joint area between the bottom main body a and the reinforcing member f becomes narrow, and the reinforcing member is placed in the reinforcing space b formed by the recessed part. f and inject and fill the liquid urethane compound h2 between the joint surfaces of both (see Fig. 17),
After the liquid urethane compound h2 is injected and filled along the bottom surface and the inner peripheral wall surface of the reinforcing space b, the reinforcing member f must be disposed, so that the bottom main body a and the reinforcing member f are Air bubbles are likely to form within the joints. For this reason, the bonding force between the sole main body a and the reinforcing member f becomes weak, and the excessive force applied to the adhesive part cannot be absorbed evenly. There is a drawback that the support member f is easily peeled off from the bottom main body a.

を目的としている。 Focusing on these drawbacks, the present invention is easy to manufacture, ensures a tight connection between the bottom main body and the reinforcing member, and eliminates stress applied to the end surface joint between the bottom main body and the reinforcing member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shoe sole that can absorb force evenly and reliably and has excellent durability without the reinforcing member being peeled off from the main body of the sole.

Consisting of a bottom main body made of natural leather or synthetic leather with a space formed therein, and a reinforcing member with excellent wear resistance and slip resistance that is housed in the reinforcing space of the bottom main body and adhered to the adhesive plane, The reinforcing member and the bottom main body are connected to each other by forming an adhesive plane so that the stepped end face formed on the bottom main body and the end face of the reinforcing member face each other with a predetermined interval on the adhesive plane, and a groove of a predetermined width is formed. In the groove formed,
It is filled with an injection agent made of a liquid urethane compound with excellent elasticity and having liquid urethane prepolymer as its main component.

In addition to manufacturing the sole body 1 made of natural leather or synthetic leather,
After manufacturing a reinforcing member 2 that is housed in the reinforcing space 4 and being pressure-bonded to the bonding plane 3, and applying an adhesive 8 to at least the bonding plane 3, the reinforcing member 2 and the bottom main body 1 are bonded together. are polymerized and crimped, leaving a groove 7 of a certain width at the boundary, and if the formed groove 7 has an open end, both of the open ends are closed with a solid adhesive material that will be removed later, and the injection agent is removed. After making sure that the injection agent 9 does not flow out, the injection agent 9 is filled into the groove 7 from the tip of a thin nozzle of a syringe, and the injection agent 9 is cured.

部材の底主体からの剥離が防止される。(Operations and Effects of the Invention) The sole of the present invention as described above can be reinforced by thinning the part that requires abrasion reinforcement and making the entire surface a bonding plane, or by cutting it out leaving a stepped bonding plane. Since the reinforcing member with excellent abrasion resistance is pressure-bonded to the adhesion plane of the bottom main body that forms the space, the bottom main body and the reinforcing member can be bonded reliably and strongly over a wide adhesive surface. By forming an adhesive plane, the step end face formed on the bottom main body and the end face of the reinforcing member are opposed to each other with a predetermined interval on the adhesive plane to form a groove of a predetermined width, and a liquid is applied to the formed groove. Because it is filled with an injectable agent made from a liquid urethane compound with excellent elasticity that is mainly composed of urethane prepolymer, the joint boundary between the bottom body and the reinforcing member is secure without forming minute gaps. In addition, the injection agent filled in the groove of a certain width evenly and sufficiently absorbs the excessive force that is concentrated on the joint when the sole is bent. This prevents the reinforcing member from peeling off from the bottom main body.

る。 In manufacturing the sole of the present invention, the sole main body and the reinforcing member are manufactured, and after applying an adhesive to at least the adhesive plane, the reinforcing member and the sole main body are bonded with a groove of a constant width at the boundary between them. If an open end is formed in the formed groove by polymerization and pressure bonding while leaving a Since it is enough to fill the grooves and harden it, the soles can be easily manufactured without requiring any skill.
