【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の技術分野〕 本発明はダクトプロペラにおけるプロペラ先端
とダクト内周面の間の間隙を簡単に、かつ、均一
に形成する方法に関するものである。

従来、一般に、ホーバークラフトの推進装置と
してプロペラが使用されているが、ある種のホー
バークラフトにはプロペラを筒形のダクトの中に
配置したいわゆるダクトプロペラが使用されてい
る。

上記の目的を達成できる本発明のダクトプロペ
ラにおける間隙形成方法は、ダクトの内周面に隙
間調整材を余分に肉盛りし、次に前記ダクトと軸
芯を同じくする回転軸にプロペラ或いはプロペラ
と同径の部材等からなる支持部材を取りつけ、次
いで支持部材の先端にカツターを所定長さ突出さ
せて取りつけ、しかる後に前記カツターを回転さ
せることによつて前記隙間調整材を所定の形状に
切削加工するようになしたことを特徴とする。

て取りつけ、しかる後に前記カツターを回転させ
ることによつて前記隙間調整材を所定の形状に切
削加工するようになしたので、プロペラの先端と
ダクトの内周面の間の間隙を簡単、かつ、均一に
形成することが可能となる。
