It is a metal connecting plate in the shape of a letter, and a slightly larger auxiliary ventilation member 17 is attached to the outer surface except for the inside part of the refrigerator, and one end of the auxiliary ventilation member 17 is attached to one end of each decorative frame 4 disposed perpendicularly. The screws 18 are fixed to the portion 15 in advance, and the decorative frame is installed at each corner of the opening at the same time as the decorative frame is attached. Due to the arrangement of this connecting plate, the inside part of the refrigerator comes into contact with the ventilation member 14 and presses and deforms this ventilation member and the sealing member 11, and the end surface of the outside part of the refrigerator comes into contact with the air permeable member 14 and presses and deforms the air permeable member 14, and the end face of the outside part of the refrigerator is rearward with an interval from the front surface of the front wall 3a. The auxiliary air permeable member 17 located at and in contact with the air permeable member 14 is pressed and deformed together with the air permeable member depending on the attachment state of the decorative frame 4. Further, after attaching the other orthogonal decorative frame 4 to the other end of this connecting plate, one end of this decorative frame is in contact with the notch 15 and fixed with a screw 19. are connected to each other with their edges spaced apart.

The foaming solution gradually foams and grows due to chemical changes, and the air and fluorocarbon gas between the two boxes 2 and 3 are removed by the air permeable member 14 and the auxiliary air permeable member 17.
As a result, the foam is filled between the two boxes, solidified and becomes the foamed heat insulating material 5, and a part of it is solidified while being impregnated into the air permeable member 14 and the auxiliary air permeable member 17. do.

After installation, a part of the breathable member 14 is covered at both ends of each decorative frame 4 connecting the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 at right angles to each other, and a gap 20 is formed between the edges.
In order to inject the foaming stock solution into the space between the two boxes and release the air and gas between the two boxes through the ventilation member 14 and the gap 20, each decorative frame 4 is removed when the boxes 2 and 3 are connected.
Even if there is some deviation in the mounting position of the
There is no need to modify the installation position due to the length that increases or decreases in the dimensions of the box, and the connection work of both boxes 2 and 3 can be done quickly. There is no need to provide a space, and air and gas can be vented from the gaps 20 that are formed at the same time as each decorative frame 4 is attached. Moreover, since these gaps are located at each corner of the opening, air and gas can be vented uniformly. , and further a gap 20 is formed by the breathable member 14.
It is possible to prevent the foamed heat insulating material 5 from leaking to the inside. Furthermore, since each gap 20 is covered with a corner cover 8 after foaming, it is possible to cover the edges of each decorative frame 4 at the same time as the gap 20, and in the unlikely event that the foamed insulation material 5 leaks from the gap 20. However, there is no need for post-processing.

できる。 As described above, the present invention involves inserting an inner box with the opening as the top surface into an outer box installed with the opening as the top surface, separating the edges of the openings of both the inner and outer boxes, and attaching a soft material to each corner of both edges of both boxes. After straddling and arranging a breathable member made of foamed resin, etc., decorative frames are arranged orthogonally so as to cover part of the breathable member at both ends and to form a gap between the edges. Connect the boxes, inject the foaming solution into the space between the two boxes, remove the gas between the two boxes through the ventilation member and the gap, and after foaming and solidifying the insulation material, place a corner cover to cover the gap. Because of this feature, it is possible to form a gap that serves as an air and gas vent hole at the same time as connecting both the inner and outer boxes, and it also simplifies the installation of each decorative frame, making it possible to quickly connect the two boxes. Furthermore, it is possible to uniformly vent air and gas while preventing foam from leaking through the gaps, and it is also possible to improve the design effect by covering the edges of each decorative frame at the same time as the gaps after foaming.
