<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, the method for manufacturing the shoe sole described above involves applying an adhesive or the like in advance to the through holes or recesses provided at predetermined portions of the leather sole; Similarly, the filling parts coated with adhesive are fitted and fixed, and this fitting adhesive method is laborious, resulting in insufficient adhesion and time-consuming work, as well as damage to the areas where the adhesive has been applied. This contaminates the surrounding area, significantly reducing the commercial value of the product (shoes), and when the sole of the shoe bends as the wearer walks or runs due to insufficient adhesion, the filling component and the sole may There were defects such as peeling and gaps, which made it easy for the filled parts to fall off.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to overcome the above-mentioned conventional shoe sole manufacturing method and the defects of the sole, the manufacturing method of the present invention is based on the steps of the treading area, which are the areas that are prone to wear and tear in the main body of the sole. It is intended to maintain the above-mentioned function of the sole for a long time by tightly adhering a molded product of highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane rubber to the sole of the shoe.
A molded product made by injecting highly abrasion-resistant liquid polyurethane rubber, etc. into the notches formed on both side edges from the rear end of the heel or the tip of the nail to the non-step side, and the notch in the main part of the shoe sole. The cut end surface and the cloth are closely connected together.

<Example> As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the method for manufacturing a shoe sole of the present invention involves cutting a natural leather material or an artificial leather material, which is a normal shoe sole material, into a sole shape,
Furthermore, for example, only on the tip of the nail as shown in FIG. 1, only on the rear edge of the heel as shown in FIG. 1, and on both sides from the tip of the nail to the non-step side as shown in FIG. The main body 1 of the sole having a notch 2 is formed by removing parts that are easily abraded, such as the end edges or, as shown in FIG. 1, the tip of the nail and the rear edge of the heel. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 2, a concave mold B is formed which has a flat bottom shape and is provided with a through hole or a concavity 5 that opens toward the upper surface 6 and has a depth equivalent to the thickness of the bottom. Next, the sole main body 1 is inserted into the recess 5 of the recess B, and a liquid polyurethane rubber having high abrasion resistance or an equivalent material is filled in the cavity corresponding to the notch 2 in the recess 5 of the recess B. A liquid rubber-like elastic material is injected and filled, and the filled part 3 made of polyurethane rubber reacts to form an arbitrary thin and strong piece 4 after hardening and molding (or before hardening and molding).
After that, the corresponding piece 4 is tightly bonded on the inner surface of the main part of the sole so as to cover the filling parts such as polyurethane rubber, thereby producing shoes as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. Sole A can be manufactured. At this time, the cloth 4 may be a thin sheet-like non-woven fabric, leather, woven or knitted fabric, polyurethane or synthetic resin sheet or film. Further, the recess B may be a molded product of silicone resin or the like that does not easily adhere to the liquid polyurethane rubber or the like, or a molded product in which a silicone resin skin is formed on the wall surface of the recess 5.

<Effects of the present invention> The method for manufacturing the sole A of the present invention is to insert a durable material, which is a regular sole member, into a through hole etc. provided in a predetermined part of the sole main body of the sole A made of ordinary natural leather or the like. Unlike the fitting parts of molded products made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, or mixtures of these materials, which are highly abrasion-resistant and anti-slip, and are fitted and connected through adhesives, etc., the fitting members have good wear resistance. Since the liquid polyurethane rubber or the like is simply injected and filled, the production equipment is simple and the operation is simple, resulting in low production costs. In addition, the sole A manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has a second
As shown in the figures and the like, liquid polyurethane rubber or the like is injected and filled into the cavity corresponding to the notch 2 of the sole main body 1, and after reaction hardening molding, the filled part 3 of the polyurethane rubber etc., the sole main body 1, and these are formed. The bonding surface 8 and the sole A may be damaged if the filler component 3 such as polyurethane rubber peels off from the bonding surface 8 of the main body 1 of the sole, or if dirt or the like enters the bonding surface 8, causing cracks or damage in that area. There is no risk of damage, and wear resistance can be maintained for a long time.

<Another embodiment> In addition to the sole A of the basic embodiment described above, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the sole main body 1 of the sole A is
A shoe sole A is manufactured by coating and impregnating the piece 4 that is in contact with the inner surface side with a solution 8 of a polyurethane resin that becomes super hard or a synthetic resin having the same effect, and hardening and molding the piece 4. can do. Further, it is even better if the joining surface 8 between the sole main body 1 and the filling part 3 is formed into a stepped shape as shown in FIG. 5 for joining.

Therefore, the sole A of this embodiment is made by hardening the cloth 4, so that when the contact surface side of the sole A comes into contact with the ground, etc., the filling part 3 formed by the convex portion of the ground is hardened.
Not only is it possible to block uplifting impact on the sole body 1, but also it is possible to further strengthen the connection between the sole main body 1, the filler part 3 such as polyurethane rubber, and the contact piece 4.
