具である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a disk-shaped alignment surface base with parallel and flat end surfaces, a concave inner periphery of the lower surface, and a protrusion in the center, and an outer side of the alignment surface base. This wrapping jig is assembled using a compression spring and a ring-shaped height difference ring that slides on the inside, and a compression spring so as to have a step between the top surface of the alignment surface substrate and the periphery of the top surface of the height difference wheel.

材料6が並べられる。 Thin disks or materials of arbitrary shape are slid on both sides with a lapping machine to give a smooth lapping finish. For this wrapping work,
A wrapping machine as shown in the figure is used.
As shown in the figure, wrapping materials to be wrapped are placed side by side in a plurality of rotating rings 3 on a wrapping board 2 in a workbench 1, and a pushing unit 4 that moves up and down for operation is used from above. Press the material and rotate the wrapping machine 2 to wrap one side. As shown in FIG. 2, the rotating rings 3 have teeth 5 cut into their peripheries, and the two rotating rings 3 mesh with each other to interlock with each other. A large number of materials 6 to be wrapped are arranged in this rotating ring 3.

率の悪い欠点があつた。 Conventionally, in this wrapping operation, a large number of materials 6 are lined up inside the rotating ring 3 and placed on the lapping machine 2, and the wrapping operation is first performed on one side. But material 6
In order to wrap both sides, all of them must be turned over. Conventionally, after lapping one side, in order to wrap the other side, the rotating ring 3 along with the material 6 wrapped on one side is drawn from the lapping machine 2 to the table surface 7 of the workbench 1, as shown in FIG. . The material in the rotating ring 3 must then be turned over one by one so that the side to be wrapped next faces down. Thereafter, the rotating ring 3 is moved together with the material 6 onto the lapping machine 2, and the lapping work for other surfaces is performed. Therefore, in the conventional wrapping operation, it takes time to arrange a large number of materials 6 in the rotating ring 3, and it takes time and effort to turn over the other side after wrapping one side. Therefore, there was a drawback of low efficiency in double-sided wrapping work.

The purpose is to improve efficiency so that the processing work can be done in a short time.

A protruding grip 13 is installed in the center by cutting out a collar 11 projecting outward from the outer periphery of the lower surface 9 of the alignment surface base 10 and a ring-shaped recess 12 at the inner periphery. Further, at least three or more holes 15 are provided through the collar 11, through which the ring mounting screws 14 are passed.

The height H of this height difference ring 16 is equal to the height H of the flange 1 of the alignment surface base 10.
Height from the top surface of 1 to the top surface 8 of the alignment surface base
H lower than 1 . A hole 17 is formed through the height difference ring 16 at a position opposite to a hole 15 formed through the collar 11 of the alignment surface base 10. Aligning surface base 1
The height difference ring 16 is fitted into the hole 0, and the ring mounting screw 14 is passed through the hole 15 and the hole 17. Upper surface 8 of alignment surface substrate 10
The compression springs 19 are aligned and the flange 11 of the surface base 10 and the height difference ring 16 are aligned so that the difference between the upper surface 18 of the height difference ring 16 and the height difference ring 16 is a step d that is the finished thickness of the material 6 to be wrapped. Insert the ring mounting screw 14 between the holes and tighten and secure with the nut 20. A plurality of necessary materials 6 are adhered with oil or grease to the upper surface of the alignment surface base 10 inside the height difference ring 16 of the wrapping jig 21 assembled in this way.

Even if the wrapping jig 21 is turned upside down, the material 6 will not fall because it is adhered with oil or grease. The rotating ring 3 is set in the wrapping machine shown in FIG. 1, and the wrapping operation is performed in the same manner as in the conventional method.

同時に裏返えすことができる。 After wrapping one side, the material 6 must then be turned over in order to wrap the other side. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the wrapping jig 21 is placed on the workbench 1 with the wrapped material 6 facing upward as shown in a. Next, as shown in b, when the wrapping jig 21' of the same shape with oil applied to the upper surface is turned upside down and placed on the wrapping jig 21 placed on the working table 1, the height difference ring 16' is placed against compression spring 19. Next, as shown in c, with the centers of the upper and lower wrapping jigs aligned, the vertical positions are reversed and placed so that the top is 21 and the bottom is 21'.
Furthermore, as shown in d, put your finger on the edge of the outer ring (high difference ring 16) of the upper jig 21 and push the ring up.
The compression spring is compressed until the surface of the ring coincides with the surface of the alignment surface base 10. Jig 2 below
1' is restrained by the stopper 22, and the wrapping jig 21 is slid sideways as shown in e. When the sliding is completed, the wrapping jig 21 is removed from the material 6, and the wrapping jig 21' is moved to the position a. As shown in the figure, the surface of the material 6 has been reversed. Therefore, this wrapping jig 21' is attached to the rotating ring (the third
(Fig.) and wrap the opposite side of the material 6. Therefore, wrapping jig 2 of the present invention
By using the same two pieces as 1, it is possible to easily turn over all the materials 6 at the same time.

Since it is moved upside down, there is no need to turn over each piece one by one as in the past, and a large number of materials 6 can be turned over and wrapped at the same time in an extremely short period of time, improving work efficiency and providing excellent reliability. You can get the product.
