Conventional technology In recent years, home heating equipment that burns kerosene and uses the heat from the fuel has improved ease of use, comfort, indoor pollution, and
Due to the growing awareness of energy conservation, instead of conventional open flame type heaters that use lamp wicks, etc. to make a wire mesh red hot and directly heat the body with the radiant heat, we have adopted a convection type heater that gasifies the fuel and burns it inside the box, and is installed at the rear of the box. Hot-air heaters, which use a blower to blow hot air to heat a room, are becoming mainstream. Furthermore, with regard to the latter type of hot-air heaters, due to the above-mentioned heightened awareness, there has been a demand for an expanded range of variable combustion amount, and various combustion methods have been developed and improved.

The lower end of the flame stabilizing cylinder 5 is covered by the flange part 1a of the vaporizing cylinder 1, and the upper end is covered by the flange part 4a of the burner cap 4, and is supported in close contact with the burner body 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes a sheathed heater embedded in the upper part of the vaporization cylinder 1, which is configured to maintain the temperature of the vaporization cylinder 1 above a certain temperature using a temperature controller or the like. Numerals 7 are bolts and nuts for fixing the burner cap 4 to the burner body 2.

The operation of the combustion device configured as described above will be explained below. The combustion ejected into the vaporizer cylinder 1 is vaporized on the inner wall of the vaporizer cylinder 1 which is heated to a high temperature by the sheathed heater 5, and then the air blower The combustion air is premixed with the combustion air sent into the vaporization cylinder 1. This premixed gas is supplied to the air chamber 2b in the burner body 2 via the throttle part 3 of the burner body 2, and is ejected from the plurality of flame holes 2a. Note that this premixed vaporized gas is almost uniformly mixed during its passage, and when an ignition means such as a discharge spark is provided with an ignition electrode near the flame hole 2a, combustion starts and the flame hole ejects. A flame is formed in close contact with the flame-holding cylinder 5 near 2a.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, the discharge cycle of fuel injected into the vaporization cylinder 1 by a pump etc. and the combustion air sent into the vaporization cylinder 1 by a blower etc. Due to the pulsations and the like, the flame that is in close contact with the flame stabilizing tube 5 near the flame hole 2a oscillates little by little. In particular, when the combustion amount is reduced and the flame adheres to the wire-mesh flame-holding cylinder 5 and becomes red-hot, the combustion speed increases and the degree of red-hotness increases gradually and gradually. However, when the natural frequency of the volume of the air chamber 2b in the burner body 2 becomes approximately synchronized with the above-mentioned flame oscillation, a high-frequency resonance sound is generated. This resonance sound is very loud and high-pitched, making the user feel extremely uncomfortable, and also increases the amplitude of the flame fluctuation, increasing the degree of redness of the flame stabilizing tube 5. This has caused problems such as thermal damage and backfire combustion.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to prevent the vibration of the flame from resonating with the air chambers in the burner body, and to enable comfortable and safe use over a long period of time. It is.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the combustion device of the present invention has the following features:
A partition plate is provided in the air chamber in the burner body to divide it into a plurality of chambers.

Effect The present invention has the above-described structure, so that the natural frequency of the air chamber in the burner body is approximately several times that of the air chamber divided by the partition plate, and as a result, the combustion caused by the fluctuation of the flame Resonance with sound is prevented, allowing comfortable and safe combustion over a long period of time.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Parts that are the same as those of the conventional example will be given the same numbers and their explanations will be omitted, and only the different parts will be explained. This is a partition plate provided in the air chamber 2b in the burner body 2, arranged in a cross shape, and divides the air chamber 2b into four sections. Reference numeral 9 denotes a communication section cut out in the upper part of the partition plate 8 near the center, and allows the four divided air chambers to communicate with each other.

In the above configuration, the air chamber 2 in the burner body 2
b is divided into four, its volume becomes 1/4, and its natural frequency is approximately four times that before the division, and each divided chamber has its own frequency. Therefore, the fluctuation of the flame ejected from the air holes 2b arranged in the side wall of the burner body 2 and formed in the flame-stabilizing cylinder 5 on the outer periphery which closely adheres to the outer circumferential surface of the flame-stabilizing cylinder 3 and becomes red-hot, and the splitting of the burner body 2. This eliminates the possibility that the natural frequency of the air chamber 2b is synchronized with the natural frequency of the air chamber 2b, making it difficult to generate resonance sound. Therefore, it is almost impossible to make the user uncomfortable due to resonance noise, or to increase the fluctuation of the flame to cause the flame-holding tube 5 to become red hot excessively or to backfire.

In addition, in this embodiment, a communication part 9 is provided in the upper part of the partition plate 8 near the center, that is, in a part facing the throttle part 3, and the divided air chambers are communicated with each other. The premixed gas ejected into the burner cap 4 once collides with the burner cap 4 and is dispersed into each air chamber via the communication portion 9. Therefore, uneven mixing and ejection of the premixed gas due to eccentricity of the division center of the partition plate 8 can be prevented, and stable combustion can be achieved. The same effect can be obtained by providing a notch in the lower part of the partition plate 8, or by forming the partition plate 8 itself with a punched plate, wire mesh, or the like.

In this embodiment, the center of division of the partition plate 8 is located approximately at the center of the aperture part 3 to equally divide the air chamber 2b into four rooms, but if this is difficult due to the configuration, the size of each room to be divided may be changed. The angle may be changed, or the center of division may be eccentric. Also, the number of divided chambers may be divided into a plurality of chambers so that the volume of one chamber is reduced if combustion is small, and a dividing method suitable for the configuration of the apparatus may be adopted.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention is provided with a partition plate that divides the air chamber in the burner body into a plurality of chambers.
This prevents the vibration of the combustion flame from resonating with the air chamber inside the burner body, allowing for comfortable and safe use over a long period of time.
