Due to the growing awareness of energy conservation, instead of the conventional open flame type heater that uses a lamp wick, etc. to make a wire mesh red hot and directly heats with the radiant heat, we have replaced it with a heater that gasifies the fuel and burns it inside a box case and is installed at the rear. Hot-air types that heat the room by blowing hot air using a convection blower are becoming mainstream. Furthermore, in the latter type of hot air type combustion appliances, due to the above-mentioned heightened awareness, there has been a demand for an expanded range of variable combustion amount, and various combustion methods have been developed and improved. An example of a conventional combustion appliance will be described below with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a vaporization cylinder that vaporizes fuel, premixes it with fuel air, and supplies it to the combustion section, and has a burner body 2 mounted on its upper opening. 3 is a constriction part provided between the burner body 2 and the vaporizing tube 1, 4 is a burner cap covered with the burner body 2, and 5 is a flame stabilizing tube such as a wire mesh provided in close contact with the outer peripheral wall of the burner body 2. , covering the plurality of flame holes 2a. Note that the lower end of this flame stabilizing tube 5 is the flange portion 1a of the vaporizing tube 1.
And the upper end is the flange part 4a of the burner cap 4.
The burner body 2 is supported in close contact with the burner body 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes a sheathed heater embedded in the upper part of the vaporization cylinder 1, which is configured to maintain the temperature of the vaporization cylinder 1 above a certain temperature using a temperature controller or the like. Numerals 7 are bolts and nuts for fixing the burner cap 4 to the burner body 2.

The fuel injected into the vaporization cylinder 1 is vaporized on the inner wall of the vaporization cylinder 1, which is heated to a high temperature by the sheathed heater 5, and then the blower The combustion air is premixed with the combustion air sent into the vaporizer cylinder. This premixed gas is transferred to the throttle section 3 of the burner body 2.
The gas is supplied to the air chamber 2b in the burner body 2 through the flame holes 2a, and is ejected from the plurality of flame holes 2a. When a discharge spark from an ignition electrode is ejected near the flame hole 2a from which the premixed gas is ejected, combustion starts, and a flame is formed by closely contacting the flame-holding tube 5 near the flame hole 2a.

Due to the pulsation or the like, the flame closely attached to the flame stabilizing tube 5 near the flame hole 2a swings little by little. Air chamber 2
The non-uniformity of the mixed gas concentration at point b also acts to further expand the fluctuation. As a result, the shaking of the fire turned into flame vibrations, making the combustion noise louder and raising the noise level of the equipment.

ような問題を有していた。 In addition, when the combustion amount is reduced and the flame adheres to the wire-mesh-like flame-holding tube 5 and becomes red-hot, the combustion speed increases and the flame gradually increases in red-hot degree. However, here the air chamber 2 inside the burna body 2
When the natural frequency of the volume b is approximately synchronized with the above-mentioned flame oscillation, a high frequency resonance sound is generated. This resonance sound is very loud and high-temperature, making the user feel very uncomfortable, and also increases the amplitude of the flame fluctuation, increasing the degree of redness of the flame-holding tube 5 and damaging the flame-holding tube 5. There was a problem that there was a risk of this happening.

It is located at the constriction part of the diaphragm.

Noise is suppressed by eliminating the flow, and the pressure equalizing plate allows the air to be evenly distributed and sent to the air chamber of the burner body. Therefore, a stable flame with little fluctuation can be formed in the flame hole.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a pressure equalizing plate provided in the air chamber 2b in the burner body 2 so as to cover the throttle part 3, and has a plurality of holes 8a. Reference numeral 9 denotes a round guide rod that protrudes downward from the center of the pressure equalizing plate 8, and is made of aluminum. The upper end is fixed to the pressure equalizing plate by hooking or the like, and the lower end passes through the constricted part of the burner body 2 and connects the vaporizing tube. することができる。 In the above configuration, the liquid fuel injected into the vaporization cylinder 1 is simultaneously vaporized and turned into a mixed gas by the air supplied from the blower, and enters the air chamber 2b of the burner body 2 via the throttle part 3. At this time, since the air from the blower is supplied through the supply port 16 shown in FIG. The mixed gas then reaches the lower surface of the pressure equalizing plate 8 while rotating inside this constriction part 3. At this time, since the guide rod 9 is located at the center of the constriction part 3, the mixed gas swirls around this guide rod 9 (guide The turbulent area in the center that tends to occur in swirling flow is eliminated, reducing noise and promoting mixing during swirling. Therefore, this mixed gas has a uniform concentration, and the fluctuation of the flame is reduced. On the other hand, the pressure equalizing plate 8 prevents resonance due to its large number of holes 8a, and at the same time disperses the mixed gas supplied through the throttle section 3 throughout the air chamber of the burner body 2, thereby preventing uneven mixing and ejection. This will prevent unevenness. Furthermore, this pressure equalizing plate 8
There is no function of blocking large particles among the mixed gas jetted from the flame hole 2a, and yellow flames etc. generated when large particles are ejected from the flame hole 2a can be greatly reduced.

できる。Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention aims to prevent the resonance of combustion noise and to make the distribution of the mixed gas uniform and homogenized, so that a flame with less fluctuation is formed, and as a result, the combustion noise can be reduced, and the resonance phenomenon In particular, in the present invention, the guide rod is located in the center of the throttle part where noise tends to increase when the flow velocity of the mixed gas increases and turbulence occurs. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the turbulent flow in this constriction part and reduce the noise itself. Moreover, since this guide rod is attached to the pressure equalizing plate, it changes the natural vibration system of the pressure equalizing plate, making it difficult for resonance to occur, which further reduces the noise. It is possible to create a combustor with less
