In the present invention, ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester is uniformly dissolved in a mixed system of liquid polyglycerin side chain fatty acid ester liquid oil to form an amorphous paste, and the appearance is homogeneous and glossy. The present invention also relates to a novel paste-like whitening cosmetic that has excellent stability and can provide a good whitening effect and feel when used. Conventionally, ascorbic acid and its esters have cellular respiration, enzyme activation, collagen formation, etc. effects due to their strong oxidation-reduction effects, and have been incorporated into whitening cosmetics due to their melanin-reducing effects. However, ascorbic acid is easily decomposed by light, heat, oxygen, metal ions, PH, etc., and has poor stability, so it has drawbacks such as decreased whitening effect, decreased vitamin C action, and side effects. On the other hand, ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester is
In systems containing ethyl alcohol, water, and basic substances (creams, lotions, etc.), hydrolysis,
It undergoes reactions such as transesterification and is denatured, resulting in coloring and reduced whitening effect. In order to improve these drawbacks, many stabilizers such as 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid (salt) have been developed. It is easy to cause a decrease in the temperature, and almost no satisfactory solution has been found. In order to stabilize and dissolve ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester, it is possible to use it by dissolving it in an oily base that does not contain water, alcohol, etc. However, the ester oil is difficult to dissolve in liquid oil, and it is difficult to dissolve it by heating. If it is cooled or left unattended, clouding, precipitation, recrystallization, etc. are likely to occur. Furthermore, there are currently no suitable solubilizers or emulsifiers. Furthermore, powdered whitening cosmetics containing powdered ascorbic acid or its esters are relatively stable, but it takes time and effort to disperse them into lotions or creams, and they have poor skin penetration and quick-acting properties. poor. The object of the present invention is that ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester is uniformly dissolved in a liquid polyglycerin side chain higher fatty acid ester-liquid oil mixture system,
We also provide a paste-like whitening cosmetic that has a homogeneous appearance, is glossy, has excellent stability, acts quickly on the skin when used, and can provide excellent whitening effects, good texture, and water repellency. It's about doing. That is, the present invention provides a paste-like paste comprising 6 to 40% by weight (based on the total weight of prescription ingredients) of ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester, liquid polyglycerin side chain higher fatty acid ester, and liquid oil. It is a whitening cosmetic. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail. The ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester used in the present invention is a monoester, diester, triester, etc. consisting of ascorbic acid and a higher fatty acid, and the acid moiety of the ester is, for example, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearinic acid, etc. acids, arachidonic acid, behenic acid, cerotic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc. Among them, ascorbic acid monostearate, ascorbic acid monopalmitate, ascorbic acid monooleate, ascorbic acid distearate, ascorbic acid dibalmitate, ascorbic acid tribalmitate, etc. are preferred because they are easily available. Ascorbic acid higher fatty acid esters may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The amount of ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester used (blended amount) is 6 to 40% by weight, preferably 8 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the prescription ingredients (the cosmetic). 6% by weight
If the amount is less than 40%, the viscosity of the product will be low and it will be difficult to form the desired whitening cosmetic paste.
If the amount is more than % by weight, crystals of ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester will be formed freely, making it difficult to provide a homogeneous, glossy and good appearance, and giving a rough and unpleasant feel to the skin, which is undesirable. The liquid polyglycerin higher fatty acid ester used in the present invention includes polyglycerin, which is a self-condensation product of glycerin (diglycerin, triglycerin, tetraglycerin, pentaglycerin,
(hexaglycerin, heptaglycerin, ocdaglycerin, nonaglycerin, decaglycerin, etc.)
A partially esterified product produced by an esterification reaction between the ester and a higher fatty acid having a side chain having 8 or more carbon atoms is desirable. For example, the formula below (In the formula, R is a hydrogen atom or a side chain higher fatty acid residue having 8 or more carbon atoms. However, R has two or more hydrogen atoms per molecule, but not all hydrogen atoms. n is 0 or 1 to 8.) Examples of the side chain higher fatty acid in the above side chain higher fatty acid residue include isooctanoic acid, isodecanoic acid, isododecanoic acid, isomyristic acid, isopalmitic acid, isostearic acid, etc. is preferred. Preferable examples of the polyglycerin include diglycerin, triglycerin, tetraglycerin, pentaglycerin, nonaglycerin, octaglycerin, decaglycerin, and hexaglycerin. In the case of diglycerin, it is most preferable because it is easy to prepare (prescription design) a paste-like whitening cosmetic with a good feel (less sticky feeling and low consistency). The polyglycerin side chain higher fatty acid ester is
Preferably, it is a partial ester in which at least two or more free -OH groups remain in the molecule. Such a partial ester increases the solubility of the ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester, resulting in a paste-like whitening makeup that has a beautiful appearance, stability during storage, whitening effect and feel during use, and excellent water resistance. It is preferable because it is easy to obtain materials. The amount of polyglycerin side chain higher fatty acid ester used is 40% by weight based on the total weight of the prescription components of the composition.
~90% by weight, preferably 60-85% by weight. 40
When the amount is less than % by weight, crystals of ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester tend to precipitate. Next, as the liquid oil, oily substances that are liquid at room temperature (such as ester oils, higher alcohols, animal and vegetable oils, and hydrocarbon oils) used in cosmetics can be used, such as almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil,
Safflower oil, mink oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, octyldodecyl myristate, isopropyl isostearate, decyl oleate,
Preferred are hexyl laurate, diisopropyl adipate, diisopropyl sebacate, oleyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, hexyldecanol, heptylundecanol, and the like. The amount of liquid oil used is 4 to 50% by weight, preferably 10 to 30% by weight, based on the total weight of the ingredients of the composition. If it is less than 4% by weight, the sticky feeling will increase, which is not preferable. When the amount exceeds 50% by weight, crystals of ascorbic acid higher fatty acid ester tend to precipitate, making it difficult to obtain a product with a glossy and homogeneous appearance. Commonly added ingredients used in the present invention include fragrances and colorants, but if necessary, vitamins such as vitamins A and D, and known ultraviolet absorbers such as urocanic acid may also be added. good. The paste-like whitening cosmetic of the present invention is uniformly dissolved in a liquid polyglycerin side chain (branched) higher fatty acid ester-liquid oil mixture, has a homogeneous appearance, has a glossy appearance, and is stable. When used, it has a moderately rapid effect on the skin, giving it an excellent whitening effect, a good feel, and water repellency. Its effects are remarkable, and its commercial value is extremely high. Examples of the present invention will be described below. In the Examples, % means % by weight, and parts means parts by weight. The feel, whitening effect, and stability were examined using the methods described below. (1) Feel Practical tests were conducted by 20 specialized inspectors,
The presence or absence of a sticky feeling was examined. (2) Gloss JIS-Z8741-1962 gloss measurement method 2
According to. (3) Color tone Based on the Gardner method for oil and fat analysis. (4) Whitening effect The sample was applied to the face of 10 women with dark skin, age spots, and freckles every morning and evening for 3 months for 3 months, and the number of people who answered that it had a whitening effect was surveyed. (5) Hardness Pressure sensitive shaft 5.6φ, spring 100gr, weight 100
gr, measured using a card tension meter with a rising speed of 1/7 inch/sec. (Hygiene Testing Act 1965

Hardness, according to card tension meter method. ) Example 1 (1) Formulation 1 Olive oil 15 parts 2 Ascorbic acid monostearate 10 parts 3 Polyglycerin side chain fatty acid ester 75 parts (Things shown in Table 1) (2) Production Substitute the above ingredients 2 and 3 with oil. The solution is heated to 100℃ in a bath to uniformly dissolve it, then poured into a chilled metal bucket and rapidly cooled. Next, this paste and the above-mentioned component 1 were mixed with a roller to prepare a paste-like whitening cosmetic composition of the present invention. (3) Product characteristics As is clear from the results in Table 1, the paste whitening cosmetic of the present invention has good feel, gloss, color tone, whitening effect, and stability of ascorbic acid monostearate.
