However, in the above invention, the other end 3e of the partition piece 3 must be heated and fused to both sides 1c and 1d after being filled with the filler, that is, in a state where the filler is filled. The welding work is troublesome and the workability is unstable, and there is a risk that a filler may be interposed between the side fabrics 1c, 1d to be welded and the other end 3e of the partition piece 3c, resulting in poor welding condition. There was a problem that there was.

That is, the other end 3e of the partition piece 3c is connected to the side area 1c,
Although it is originally preferable to form subdivided chambers in the futon fabric bag before filling with the filler by fixing the filler to the filler 1d in advance, in this case, the filling device 13c cannot be inserted into each subdivided chamber. Previously, the other end 3e of the partition piece 3c was left in a free state, and it was necessary to carry out work such as heating and fusing the partition piece and the side fabric after filling the filling material.

On the other hand, a filling method and a bag for futon fabric in which the filler can be inserted into each subdivided chamber by inserting a filling tool after forming the bag for futon fabric are disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-218919. There is an invention published in the No.

(a) In other words, since the opening 21 of the gusset piece 20 as described above is formed in the same line as the section of the sub-divided chamber 22 formed by the gusset piece 20, the When handling futons, that is, when folding them, hanging them to dry, etc., if the futon is tilted, the filling will become uneven as shown in Figure 10 (c) in any one sub-divided room. There is a possibility that the filling may move from one sub-divided chamber 22 to the adjacent sub-divided chamber 22 through the opening 21, and as a result, the amount of the filled material may vary in each sub-divided chamber 22. There was a problem in that the filling material was uneven throughout the futon.

Particularly, when air pressure is generated in the subdivided room due to compression caused by folding a futon, etc., this movement of the filling becomes more likely.

However, in this futon bag, the construction is such that no gaps are formed at the four corners of the sub-divided chamber 22, so the above air pressure is likely to be generated, and once the air pressure is generated, the air pressure is Since the action is concentrated on the openings of the gusset pieces, there is an extremely high probability that the filling will move.

(b) Furthermore, since the openings 21 of the gusset pieces 20 are formed in the same line as the partitions of the sub-divided chambers 22, the filler can be inserted from the openings at both ends of the futon to open the openings of the gusset pieces 20. 21, the filling tool may not be reliably guided and may shift from side to side.
It is not easy to search for the opening 21 in itself, and as a result, filling the adjacent sub-chambers with filler is extremely complicated, resulting in a significant drop in work efficiency.

(c) Furthermore, does the bag for futon fabric like the one above have gussets at each boundary of each subdivision room? Since the sewing work is performed by disposing the sewing machine, there is a problem that the sewing work becomes extremely complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve all of the above-mentioned problems, and it eliminates the need for work such as heating and fusing the partition pieces and the side fabric after filling with the filling material, and furthermore, The purpose of this is to prevent the filling material from moving unintentionally and to facilitate the insertion of the filling tool into each sub-chamber.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the filling port 16 is formed at one end of the passage 14 formed by the cloth piece 15, and the sub-divided chambers 12 are formed in four vertical rows.
The sub-divided chambers in the second and third rows can be filled with feathers 4 through the filling port 16, and the sub-divided chambers in the first and fourth rows can be filled with feathers 4 through the openings 8 and 8 on both sides of the compartment 5. Therefore, the filling port 16 is formed at the tip 13a of the filling tool 13, such as the filling port 16 formed by a notch as in the embodiment shown in FIG. This eliminates the need to search for feathers, which has the advantage of making the feather filling work easier overall.

However, when synthetic fibers whose edges are fused and solidified by heating are used as the material for the side fabrics 1a and 1b, the edges of these fabrics 1a and 1b do not fray, so frayed threads are coated with feathers. There is an advantage that 4 does not become entangled.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the interlining 2, the partition pieces 3, and the cloth pieces 15 are formed into a net shape with a large number of small holes, the air permeability necessary for the feathers 4 is maintained, and the interior of the sub-divided chambers 12 is There is an advantage that the compressed air pumped into the feathers escapes through the small holes, making it easier to fill the feathers 4, but forming the feathers 4 in a net shape is by no means a condition.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention attaches both ends of the compartment pieces to the side fabric and the center fabric in advance when forming a bag for futon fabric to form subdivided chambers within the compartment, and also fills the bag. Although the futon fabric bag is divided vertically and horizontally, it is possible to By inserting a filling tool into the passage and allowing the tip of the filling tool to emerge from the filling port into each sub-divided chamber, all the sub-divided chambers can be sequentially filled with filler such as feathers. This has resulted in a particularly remarkable effect of making it possible.

Furthermore, since the entrance of the passage is formed near the opening of the compartment, the filling tool can be easily inserted from the entrance, and
Since the passage is formed of a long and narrow sheet material, the filling tool is reliably guided along the passage, and the filling operation as a whole becomes significantly easier than in the past. There is an effect.

Furthermore, because the futon bag is divided vertically and horizontally, the filling material only moves within the range of the subdivided chambers, which prevents the filling material from being unevenly distributed within the bag as in the past. This has the effect that the filling can be maintained in a uniform state within the futon even after long-term use.

In particular, the filling port is formed at a position spaced apart from the compartment by a predetermined distance so that the filling port does not move between adjacent sub-chambers through the filling port, so that the filling port does not move between adjacent sub-chambers. The elongated sheet material is completely pressed down and the filling port is closed,
As a result, there is no movement of the filling between adjacent sub-compartments as in the past, and there is a remarkable effect in that the entire futon bag can be prevented from being filled unevenly. .
